University Student Associations Participation Influence On Employability Research

Along with our country further enrollment expansion of colleges and universities,college graduates increase year by year,and in recent years,China's economic growth is slowing,a talent market oversupply phenomenon for college students,college students' employment situation is very serious,but the cause of college students' employment is more,the employment ability strong and the weak is the important reason for the direct impact on university students' employment,the employment ability during the period of school and college students through the exercise of all kinds of club activities and gradually improve,therefore,how to effectively use community participation to increase the employment ability is of great importance to the college students' successful employment.Based on the questionnaire survey and the interview method,in-depth interview 5teachers of Tarim university,a preliminary understanding of the university community participation status and prominent problems in the development and carries on the questionnaire survey on 400 college students,and using SPSS19.0 software analysis,understand the present situation and in college student community participation in sex,ZuBie,political affiliation,grade,professional and student cadre part-time on demographic variables such as employment,practice ability difference,respectively analyzes the community participation motivation,community types,community participation way,and the intensity of community participation in four dimensions of employment ability effect,on this basis,put forward how to strengthen college students' community participation to increase the employment ability of countermeasures and Suggestions.The results showed:On the demographic variables,gender,Nationality,different political outlook of college students' employment ability difference was not significant,among them,the employability of dimensions of extroversion ability to present a significant difference in different professional,science is higher than liberal arts;And in the grade,the student cadre part-time experience,practice and community participation experience on show significant difference,senior college students,has a student cadre part-time experience,practice and community participation experience of college students' employment ability is definitely too high.On community participation in four dimensions,although community participation motivation effect on employment ability difference was not significant,but look from the average employment ability,goodemployment ability is significantly higher than in the participation motivation of bad motives;College students to participate in different types of corporate influence on employment ability difference was not significant,but look from the average employment ability,volunteer service clubs to score the highest,the lowest technology skilled,The employment ability of different societies has little effect on employment ability.On the community to participate in the strength of it: how much involvement in the number of no significant difference and frequency influence on employability,involvement in length have significant influence on employment ability,there was a positive correlation.
