Research On The Path Of Social Work Participation In The Cultivation Of Community Social Organizations

Community social organizations are an indispensable force for strengthening social governance innovation,and their cultivation and development are highly valued by the government.However,due to the single composition of community social organizations at the time of their establishment,unsound system management and limited resources,community social organizations often fall into difficulties in the process of cultivation and how to better promote the cultivation and development of community social organizations is an urgent problem to be solved.The working concepts and methods of social work professions play a guiding role in the cultivation and development of community social organizations and can have a positive impact,which is conducive to community social organizations to discover their own strengths and weaknesses,stimulate their endogenous motivation,promote the positive development of community social organizations,and provide experience for other social organizations to learn from.This study focuses on the dilemmas faced by community social organizations in the cultivation process,and how social work participates in the cultivation of community social organizations,analyzes the problems that arise in the path of social work participating in the cultivation of community social organizations,and proposes targeted countermeasures.This article explores the process of social work participating in the cultivation of community social organizations,presenting the dilemmas it faces,the paths it has formed and policy implications,using the Wuhan City T Community A Convenience Service Center as an example.The study found that social organizations in T communities generally have problems of strong administrative color under the leadership of the government,singleness of resource links,lagging system management,and non-professional members of the organization.As a professional "third party",T community social workers mainly participate in the cultivation of community social organizations through three paths of sociality,formalization and professionalism:in terms of the social dimension,the main paths are "de-administration" and coordination to enhance the autonomy of the organization and the ability to link resources;in terms of the formalization dimension,the main paths are project competition to promote the institutional construction of the organization,in terms of the professional dimension,the creation of professional service courses to stimulate the endogenous motivation of community social organizations.In the process of cultivation,after reflection on social work,there is not only the problem of "having more than enough strength",but also the risk of "anti-client-oriented"in the relationship between social work and community social organizations and the trend of "instrumentalization" of social work.On this basis,this study puts forward countermeasures from three aspects:promoting the construction of diversified social work capabilities,clarifying the subject status of the "third party" of social work and innovating social work cultivation methods.Finally,this study argues that social work does not take itself as a "professional" in the process of nurturing community social organizations,but constantly analyzes its own problems to check the gaps and improve the level of social work professionalism while helping community social organizations to achieve autonomous development.
