Practical Research On Social Work Participating In The Cultivation Of Urban Community Social Organizations

For a long time,the state has attached great importance to the cultivation of community social organizations.Entering the new era,with the introduction of relevant national policies,the importance of community social organizations in China has become more prominent,and their roles in interpersonal communication,self-improvement,community development,etc.are increasing day by day.Community social organizations can not only meet the diversified needs of community residents,but also promote the interaction between residents while enhancing their community participation and community governance enthusiasm.This article takes the D community as an example,takes the theory of energy enhancement and the theory of advantage as the theoretical basis,and uses the participation observation method and interview method to collect data in practice.First of all,in view of the process of participating in the cultivation of community social organizations in social work,that is,the demand research,digging the backbone,co-construction of the constitution,clarifying the goals,and cultivating awareness of the early incubation stage with the final goal of organizational establishment;in the mid-term cultivation stage is to improve the organizational backbone decision-making with Judgment ability,member action ability,resource link ability;the process of improving organizational cohesion and developing the field of organizational services aimed at promoting the benign development of the organization in the later stage is elaborated in detail.Secondly,from the practical process of cultivation,it is found that the existing problems exist,such as the awarenes and recognitionof social work and community social organizations are low,and the enthusiasm of residents to participate is not high;the community assistance and cooperation are weak,and the organization lacks sufficient support;the organization relies too much on social workers,which affects the independent development of the organization;the Limits and other issues.Finally,we put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the above problems,that is,to strengthen publicity at the social level,strengthen cooperation at the community neighborhood committee level,strengthen the ability of social workers,and strengthen their own quality at the organizational level.On the basis of explaining the relevant content of social work participation in the cultivation of community social organizations,this article hopes to increase the experience of community social organization cultivation through the cultivation example of the D community ecological civilization committee,so as to promote the cultivation and development of community social organizations and promote the good governance of the community.
