Research On The Cultivation Of Community Social Organizations From The Perspective Of Social Suppor

Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,social work has developed vigorously and gradually played a role in the field of community governance.In December 2020,the General Office of the Ministry of Civil Affairs issued the Special Action Plan for Cultivating and Developing Community Social Organizations(2021-2023),which requires social work and other forces to participate in the cultivation of community social organizations and promote community social organizations to play a better role in the community of social governance.The cultivation of community social organizations is committed to mobilizing residents’ participation,integrating resources inside and outside the community,and creating a platform for community residents to participate in community social organizations through co-construction,co-governance and sharing.Nowadays,governments at all levels actively promote the cultivation of community social organizations and attach great importance to it.The study takes the organization of "Q Community Green Maintenance Team" in Jinan,Shandong Province as the research object.During the practice in this community,the author understands and understands the process of social work’s involvement in the organization cultivation of "Q community green maintenance Team" and the construction of its social support network through questionnaires,participatory observation and interview.In the process of tissue cultivation,the author found and recorded the changes of the organization and its members.The author finds that the construction of social support network plays an important role in the development of community social organization.The cultivation goal of "Q Community Green Maintenance Team" has been basically realized.After the evaluation of the cultivation,the author found that the establishment of internal and external social support network of "Q Community green maintenance Team" has enhanced the independent operation ability and sustainable development ability of the organization.In terms of building an internal support network,social workers assist in formulating organizational goals and articles of association,improving the organization’s ability to carry out activities,building and perfecting the organization’s structure,cultivating the leadership ability of the organization’s backbone and establishing a member incentive mechanism.In terms of building an external support network,social work serves as a bridge of communication,actively communicating with the government,neighborhood committees,social organizations,residents and volunteers,and winning their strong support,which provides important support for the smooth cultivation of "Q Community Green Maintenance Team".This study is based on the topic of how to cultivate community social organizations from the perspective of social support,and the depth of the research is still shallow.It is hoped that the practical research on the cultivation of community social organizations from the perspective of social support can further arouse the attention and attention of relevant parties,and promote the country to introduce more support policies on the cultivation of community social organizations.
