Research On The Intervention Of Social Work In Community Social Organization Ability Cultivation

As the importance of community governance becomes increasingly prominent,community social organizations are playing an increasingly important role in promoting residents’ participation and community construction.In order to promote the development of community social organizations and form the thrust of community governance,the government has issued many corresponding policies.Driven by policies and other factors,community social organizations have developed rapidly,but there are also many difficulties in their development process.Among them,community social organizations have the problem of lack of capacity,which affects community participation and community governance.Therefore,professional intervention of social work is needed to help them cultivate their capacity,so as to drive more residents to participate in community construction and improve the level of community governance.Under the guidance of empowerment theory,enterprise capability theory and regional development model,this paper studies the social organization capacity cultivation project of Y community in Qingdao,and reflects on how to carry out social work intervention in capacity cultivation.First,the author conducts professional intervention in the capacity cultivation of social organizations in Y community.The whole practical process is divided into three stages: the preliminary preparation stage,the work of this stage is to analyze the needs of Y community,build the dimension of community social organization ability cultivation,formulate specific service plans and establish relationships;In the capacity cultivation stage,the capacity of the organization is improved by carrying out community empowerment classes,establishing community social organization federation,improving the organizational framework,linking resources,and carrying out community minimally invasive voting competition.In this stage,the effect of consolidation and cultivation is evaluated by establishing long-term incentive mechanism and projects for the improvement of community social organization capacity.Secondly,the author analyzes the results of capacity cultivation of community social organizations,and believes that capacity cultivation plays a positive role in the cultivation of community social organizations and the improvement of the service effect of community social organizations.After that,the author reflects on the problems in the ability cultivation of organizations,and thinks that community social organizations are faced with challenges such as single personnel structure and continuous poor ability cultivation of community social organizations.Finally,in order to better cultivate the capacity of community social organizations and promote the development of community social organizations and community governance,the author puts forward some suggestions on the capacity cultivation of organizations from social work professional level,community social organization level,community level and government level,hoping to provide reference for relevant research.
