Research On Social Work Intervention In Community Social Organization Cultivation

In today’s social transformation and the transformation of government functions are gradually deepening,The general trend is to introduce different topics to participate in community management.The social organization of the community is deeply rooted at the grassroots level.As a team of residents’ self-government organizations,they have a natural base of residents.At the same time,they can express the collective demands of residents in the form of organizations and promote residents’ participation in community governance.As a profession with professional values and scientific methods,social work can give full play to its professional advantages in cultivating community social organizations,assist community social organizations to link resources,explore potential,stimulate organizational vitality,and innovate the form of community governance.This paper takes the J disabled service team in P community,H street,W District,Wuhan City as an example.Starting from the theory of regional development mode and advantage perspective,using the research methods of literature research,interview and participant observation,from the preparation stage,recruitment and establishment Stage,growth stage,and maturity stage,the organization can successfully undertake and complete venture philanthropy projects and link other subject resources.The four stages analyze the process and role of social work involved in community social organizations.Social work related to community organization development has achieved remarkable results in this study,but in the process of organizational development,it is undeniable that organizations are less dependent on social workers and communities and have less autonomy;the external support of the organization is not enough,lack of Long-term and stable source of support;there are not many people with professional skills in the organization,the reserve force is insufficient,the sustainability is weak,and the organizational structure is unstable;social workers have strong mobility and unstable intervention.Therefore,the author finally puts forward suggestions for improvement: first,improve ability,establish companion mechanism and independent mechanism;second,multi-subject link resources,improve management system;third,combine internal and external,pay equal attention to cultivation and absorption;fourth,improve social work Intervention mechanism,stable cultivation effect.Finally,the cultivation of community social organizations is a long-term process.Of course,the use of professional social work intervention can improve the cultivation effect.However,because such research is still in the early stage of development and there are few research results,scholars need to continue to explore and improve the cultivation.mechanism to promote resident self-governance and community governance.
