| Physical education is an important part of China’s higher education,and it is a practical need to promote the high-quality development of China’s physical education to cultivate high-quality sports talents and study the quality of physical education professionals.The official implementation of teacher professional certification in China is an important measure to improve the quality of teacher training professionals,and provides new ideas and research perspectives for improving the quality of higher education talent training in China.Based on this background,it is of certain practical significance to explore how the major of physical education can improve the quality of talent training and make physical education develop with high quality.Based on the perspective of teacher professional certification,this paper uses the literature method,comparative analysis method,mathematical statistics method and logical analysis method,takes the improvement path of the training quality of physical education professionals as the research object,takes the talent training quality of nine colleges that have passed the professional certification of physical education and the talent training quality of Hansan Normal College that has completed the professional certification stage of experts entering the school examination stage as the survey object,takes the five first-level indicators of secondary education secondary education as the reference,and analyzes the self-assessment report,talent training program and undergraduate teaching quality report of each university.The current situation of the training quality of physical education professionals in China is analyzed from five aspects:training objectives,curriculum and teaching,teachers,support conditions,and student development,and the results are as follows:The current situation of talent training quality in the ten colleges and universities has met the certification standards for teacher training majors,but there are some problems,such as the training goal positioning has not fully aligned with the national vision of high-quality talent training and put forward new requirements for sports talent training;The curriculum content is not mature enough to support professional training standards,and the curriculum system has not been aligned with the new trend of basic education reform;The structure of the teaching staff needs to be optimized,and the enthusiasm of teachers to participate in teaching and research needs to be improved.insufficient investment in professional teaching;The quality of students and employment in some institutions needs to be further improved.The talent training experience of colleges and universities that have passed professional certification is summarized,the advantages and shortcomings of each institution are sorted out and improved,and the improvement path of the training quality of physical education professionals is proposed in combination with the certification indicators:(1)improve the training goals and strengthen the characteristic positioning;(2)Adjust the teaching system and optimize the curriculum;(3)Strengthen the construction of teachers and improve professional standards;(4)multi-pronged approach to promote the all-round development of students;(5)Increase support and implement conditional guarantees. |
