This paper uses the literature method,the interview method,the comparative analysis method and the mathematical statistics method.The new version of the talent training program of all 20 schools of physical education undergraduate majors in Yunnan Province reflects the concept of teacher training professional certification in11 colleges and universities.This paper mainly studies these 11 talent training programs,and the remaining 9 universities use the physical education professional training programs as a reference.Analyze the differences in the training objectives,graduation requirements,study years,credit hours,curriculum setting,practical teaching links,theory and practice ratio,teacher education courses,general education courses,learning process arrangements,and the relationship between courses and graduation requirements of each talent training program,summarize and summarize the practices worth promoting,and find out the existing problems.In view of the problem,with reference to the domestic physical education professional training program that has passed the teacher training professional certification,combined with expert opinions,put forward suggestions for improvement.The study concluded the following:(1)The physical education major in Yunnan Province attaches great importance to the certification of teacher training majors,and there are 11 new versions of the talent training program that reflect the concept of professional certification.Yunnan Normal University and Kunming College have completed the inspection of experts in2021,and Qu Jing Normal University is waiting for experts to enter the school.Yunnan Agricultural University,Yunnan University and other universities have formulated timetables for participating in the certification of teacher training majors.(2)Most majors do not have a good understanding of normal professional certification.The writing is not standardized,which meets the formal requirements of normal professional certification,but the understanding of the specific content is not comprehensive enough;The supporting matrix of the course for graduation requirements is unreasonable.(3)Normal professional certification promotes the return of talent training programs from compound to applied.The old version of talent orientation is divided into application-oriented,compound,one specialty and multi-functional and other types,while 72.72% of the majors in the new version of talent training program are positioned as application-oriented talents.(4)Career positioning is more reasonable.The "middle school education" category of normal professional certification was selected,and 45.45% of the majors positioned their profession as primary and secondary school physical education teachers;45.45% of the majors are middle school physical education teachers;9.09%of the majors are physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools and secondary vocational schools.(5)The graduation credit requirements reflect the professional national standards and the graduation credit requirements required by the reform of the deep chemical scoring system in Yunnan Province.Majors with less than 160 credits accounted for27.27%;Majors with 161-170 credits accounted for 63.64%;Majors with more than171 credits accounted for 9.09%.The standard school system of all majors is 4 years,and the flexible school system varies greatly,up to 8 years.(6)The main problem in curriculum setting is that the curriculum does not support the training objectives enough;The credits of compulsory courses are significantly higher than those of elective courses;The proportion of practical teaching is large as a whole,but some majors still have educational practice.Under the background of normal professional certification,the research cycle of talent training scheme of Physical Education Specialty in Yunnan Province is short and the types of educational practice are few;The problem of short design time of graduation thesis.(7)The importance of teacher education curriculum module is not enough.Some colleges and universities only offer compulsory courses,and the module credits of teacher education courses account for a small proportion of the total credits.Some set teacher education courses as elective courses,and the theoretical credits account for a large proportion,resulting in the lack of students’ knowledge reserve of teacher education courses.This is inconsistent with the requirements of normal professional certification.
