Research On The Employment Quality Evaluation System Of Physical Education Major Under The Certification Of Normal Specialty

EEmployment is fundamental to people’s livelihood and an internal guarantee for China’s continuous development.With the continuous development of China’s economy and the continuous reform and deepening of teaching,the employment of college graduates has become a hot issue of current social concern.The employment quality of graduates is the postcard of college talent training.Accurately quantifying the employment quality of college graduates is responsible for the graduates and respect for education.On the one hand,the issuance of certification standards for teachers’ majors and the implementation of relevant policies for the annual report on the employment quality of graduates from ordinary colleges and universities have emphasized the importance of the employment quality of graduates from colleges and universities.On the other hand,the physical education graduates trained by colleges and universities are mainly applicable to the physical education teaching activities of primary and secondary schools,and are the main transportation ground of social and school physical education talents,so the employment quality of physical education graduates is particularly important.Therefore,in order to promote colleges and universities to carry out the certification of teachers’ major and evaluate the employment quality of physical education graduates,this study specially constructed the employment quality evaluation system of physical education graduates under the certification of teachers’ major.This research is under the background of professional certification of teachers,sports education from the perspective of graduate professional graduates employment quality evaluation system,target under normal professional certification,related physical education major in ningxia region survey,on the quality of sports education professional employment evaluation index was improved and refined,break through the inherent Angle of view,We strive to construct a comprehensive and targeted employment quality evaluation system through the methods of literature,expert investigation,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,so as to provide theoretical basis and data support for colleges and universities to carry out physical education major certification and annual report on graduates’ employment quality.Finally,this study was constructed through careful investigation and rigorous calculation Evaluation Index System of Employment Quality of Physical Education Major under Normal Specialty Certification.Through this system,the employment quality of physical education graduates can be evaluated,and the level of employment quality can be expressed in the form of scores.It can provide assistance for the preparation of the annual report on the employment quality of physical education majors in colleges and universities and the development of the certification of teachers’ majors.By building a quality evaluation index system of employment of ningxia university 2019 session of the sports education professional graduates employment quality evaluation,found that the class of 2019 overall physical education graduates employment rate is high,and the employment quality gap is larger,there are serious brain drain problem,and related professional graduates employment overall employment quality is not high.
