| On October 26,2017,in accordance with the requirements of the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan",to promote the construction of teacher education quality assurance system and improve the quality of teacher training professional talents,the Ministry of Education decided to carry out the certification of normal colleges and universities.On January 30,2018,the Ministry of Education introduced the "National Standards for the Quality of Undergraduate Professional Teaching in Ordinary Colleges and Universities"and required universities to revise their talent training plans in accordance with the"National Standards.The physical education major is the cradle for training future physical education teachers,so the development direction of the physical education major determines the quality of physical education teachers to a large extent.If the quality of physical education teachers is to be improved,it is ultimately a matter of training talents for the physical education major.The physical education major must first meet the requirements of the "National Standards" and secondly meet the requirements of the"Professional Certification";But whether there are similarities and differences between the two standards,whether the current training plan for physical education professionals in Jilin Province meets the two standards,and provides a strong guarantee for the reform and development of basic education in Jilin Province,it is necessary to consider comprehensively when formulating the training programs.Based on this,this thesis takes the "National Standards for Physical Education Teaching Quality","Standards for Professional Certification of Teachers" and the training of talents in all colleges and universities in Jilin Province that offer physical education as the research objects(Beihua University,Yanbian University,Northeast Normal University,Jilin Normal University,Changchun Normal University,Baicheng Normal University,Tonghua Normal University,Jilin Institute of Physical Education),using literature data method,text analysis method,comparative analysis method and other research methods,come to the following conclusions:1."National Standards" and "Professional Certification" have both commonality and individuality;There are commonalities in specific training goals,training specifications and graduation requirements,professional education courses and educational practice time,and there are individualities between basic goals,goal positioning,goal evaluation,practical courses,and teacher education courses.2.The training program of Northeast Normal University,Jilin Normal University,Baicheng Normal University and Tonghua Normal University is the 2020 version,which is inclined to the requirements of "Professional Certification".Northeast Normal University,Baicheng Normal University,and Tonghua Normal College meet the requirements of the "National Standards" in teacher education courses,but do not meet the "Professional Certification";the courses offered by Baicheng Normal University,Northeast Normal University,and Tonghua Normal Colleges do not meet the "National Standards" "7+3" course requirements.3.The training plans of Beihua University,Yanbian University,Changchun Normal University and Jilin Physical Education University are the 2016 or 2018 versions,which tend to conform to the requirements of the National Standard.There is no teacher education course in Jilin Sport University.The educational practice time of Beihua University does not meet the requirements of the two standards;The practice time of teachers in Changchun Normal University and Yanbian University does not meet the requirements of the "Professional Certification";Beihua University and Changchun Normal University do not meet the requirements of the "7+3" courses. |
