In order to comprehensively improve the quality of teacher education and establish and improve the quality assurance system of normal majors,normal schools of higher learning are earnestly implementing the Implementation Measures for the Certification of Normal Majors in Colleges of Higher Learning(Interim),creating conditions to carry out professional certification,and strive to improve the level and quality of running schools.Track and field is the basic discipline of physical education major in normal colleges,and a compulsory course of physical education major,which has an irreplaceable role in other disciplines.This paper with normal professional certification as the background,using literature,questionnaire,expert interview,observation,the professional certification leading physical education professional track and field curriculum teaching reform,through their own participation,the literature and teachers interview,professional certification analysis,professional certification implementation,how to implement the certification concept in the track and field curriculum teaching reform.1 Research resultsThe survey found that teaching objectives,ideas,content,methods,evaluation and attribution analysis,the lack of advanced teaching concept guidance,resulting in talent training process,effectiveness and quality evaluation.After a school year of in-class observation,we collect first-hand data on the implementation of teaching reform under the guidance of professional certification concept.Finally,through the calculation of course teaching objectives,the direct value is 0.88 and the indirect value is 0.89,which is high achievement.2 Conclusion2.1 The overall teaching effect of the track and field courses of physical education majors before the certification of normal school majors is not good.The main reasons are that the teaching objectives are vague,the lack of unified teaching concept guidance,the outdated teaching content is divorced from the grassroots teaching reality,the teaching method is single,it is difficult to meet the learning needs of students,the teaching implementation process is lack of systematic,and the teaching evaluation subject is single.2.2 Track and field course teaching follow the "student center,output orientation,continuous improvement" concept,through clear talent training goal,change teaching idea,update teaching mode,reform evaluation method,teaching reform has achieved initial results,student ethics specification,education feelings,subject accomplishment,teaching ability,comprehensive education,communication and cooperation discipline quality improved significantly.3 SuggestionsThe teaching reform of track and field curriculum is a process of continuous improvement,and we must adhere to the concept of "continuous improvement".The suggestions are as follows:3.1 The department in charge of education to improve the physical education professional track and field curriculum textbooks,strengthen the organic connection with primary and secondary school education needs,highlight the "practice" practical ability training,for sports education professional track and field curriculum training standardization basis,is committed to improve the sports normal students teaching practice ability.3.2 Colleges and universities should adhere to the concept of normal professional certification as the fundamental guidance of curriculum teaching reform,expand the audience subject of professional certification,bring the leaders in charge of physical education,teachers and students into the scope of teaching reform,implement supervision and evaluation of the whole teaching process,and promote the improvement of students’ track and field curriculum teaching ability.3.3 Track and field curriculum teaching reform should focus on the school sports reform,in order to meet the needs of social unit of choose and employ persons as the fundamental starting point,key teaching of primary and secondary school sports education should know should be knowledge and skills,strengthen the cultivation of professional knowledge and discipline core accomplishment,attach importance to the learning application of modern education technology,cultivate new sports teachers.3.4 Track and field teachers should strengthen educational action research,observe,think,learn,summarize,change,constantly improve themselves,and make their teaching close to students ’reality;students should clarify the training objectives of the major,Students should make clear the training objectives of the major,firm educational feelings,and strive to learn the "three basic" knowledge,form educational force with teachers,promote teaching,and improve students’ teaching and education ability in multiple ways.
