| After the 18th CPC National Congress,China has issued a series of policies about the aspects of culture,education,sports and health.In January,2017,the 13thFive-Year Plan for National Education Development has put forward that it was necessary to strengthen the construction of teaching team and innovate the development mode of teachers.In October,2017,the 19th CPC National Congress expounded th Sat to construct a powerful country in education and sports was the foundation work of the national regeneration.At the same time,for promoting the construction of the teaching team and improving the quality of normal student development,China has begun the certification work in normal majors in universities and put forward to revise the talent training scheme according to the certification standard.Student-centered,output-oriented and continuous improvement,the three ideas of certification of normal majors,run through the process of certification.The core of it is to prove that if the normal students who are educated with the certificated majors can reach the standard of knowledge ability and quality when they are going to graduate,which aims to make normal majors pay attention to the connotation construction,focus on the development of the normal students ability,reform the development system,and keep improve the talent development quality.Guangxi is the first pilot province of normal major certification,but there is no substantial progress in the result of the certification of physical education major in universities from 2014 to now.Under this background,to study the development scheme of physical education major talents in the six universities that have the first level physical education doctoral program,explore the advantages and shortages of them according to the certification standard,Then take Nanning Normal University’s physical education professional talent training program as a case study,According to the analysis results of the six colleges and universities and the certification standards of the teacher’s major,the training plan of the physical education major of Nanning Normal University is reconstructed.firstly,on a practical level,promote the integrating development of the physical education major in Guangxi universities and the certification of normal majors and develop the quality of physical education teachers and talent development;secondly,on a theoretical level,it aims to rich the research content of the certification of normal majors,so that it can provide plenty of theoretical references for related researches;thirdly,it aims to give the physical education major in universities new development directions and professional connotation construction as well as adjust the development strategy to provide references for the talent development of physical education major in system construction and implementation.First of all,this paper collects the development scheme of physical education major talents in the six universities that have the first level physical education doctoral program and orders them according to the reginal characteristics based on summarizing and organizing related materials for later research convenience.Secondly,this research uses the methods of material analysis,comparative analysis and case study to analyze the advantages and shortages of the talent development scheme of physical education major in the six universities about the 4 first-level indexes of development goal.Concluded as follow:First,the training goals of the six colleges and universities basically follow the national education guidelines,policies,and the development trend of basic education reform;however,the positioning of the training goals is somewhat single,and the connotation of the goals does not reflect the development expectations in the social and professional fields about 5years after graduation.Lack of teaching and target evaluation of academic frontier dynamic knowledge and development history of related fields at home and abroad.Second,the graduation requirements of the six colleges and universities basically cover the graduation requirements of the teacher training professional certification;however,in terms of training objectives and curriculum settings,the graduation requirements need to better play their role as a link between the previous and the next,and there is a lack of decomposition indicators for graduation requirements.Third,the curriculum systems of the six colleges and universities include general education courses,practical courses,subject professional courses and teacher education courses,and the total credits of the courses meet the requirements of the"National Standards";The proportion needs to be adjusted and the course content needs to be optimized.Fourth,the six colleges and universities all cover graduation thesis(design),educational internships,educational internships,etc.and do not pay enough attention to educational research.The practical teaching part is explained,and the four aspects of collaborative education,base construction,tutor team,and management evaluation need to be supplemented.Finally,according to the advantages and shortages of the development scheme of physical education major talents in the six universities,the paper rebuilds the talent development scheme based on the certification standards of normal majors and National Standards,which gets the following conclusions:In terms of development goals,the goal position is clear and focuses on the dynamic information of academic frontier,which can clarify the expectations that students can get in the society and the area of disciplinary development after gradating for 5 years,and build a feedback system and evaluation system of graduate;the graduation goal can cover the 8second-level indexes of the certification of normal majors and divide the,,and the graduation goal can connect the development goal and course setting;in terms of curses and teaching,the course setting,course structure and course content are all made according to the certification standards and National Standards.At the same time,they combine with Guangxi characteristics,which put the traditional physical items of minority ethnic groups into the professional extended courses.In terms of cooperation and practice,the practice teaching includes 2 parts of major and education,which needs to be integrated organically to promote the rational connection among different parts.When meet the needs of quantity and quality,to build a“three-in-one”cooperative education system and double-tutor system to guide the practice teaching of students and perfect the evaluation and improvement system can Jointly help develop the education and teachers practice ability for physical education normal students. |
