With the improvement of the upper level design of China’s youth and sports policy system,as well as the continuous reform and improvement of the higher education system related to sports,middle school students no longer rely entirely on sports results in sports,and the importance of cultural subject examination has become more and more obvious.Therefore,under the background of "sports integration",in order to adapt to the cultivation of sports specialty students in the new era,promote the all-round development of students’ quality education,strengthen the integration of physical education and education in schools,optimize the combination structure of physical training and cultural course learning,and comprehensively deploy and design high-level education mode,it is very important for physical education in the new era The reform of the relationship between sports and education and the innovative development of middle school basketball in the future put forward higher requirements."Integration of sports and education" is of great significance to the cultivation,reserve and accumulation of sports reserve talents,the development of school sports,the development of national sports and the great development of sports.The cultivation of specialty students is also the most powerful fulcrum for the rapid development of sports.The training of reserve forces such as sports specialty students with the characteristics of the new era takes the "physical integration" mode as the starting point,,carries out logical research and systematic research,and educates basketball specialty students in middle schools in China from the perspective of integration and learning.The ability of sports specialty students as sports reserve team is inevitable.In order to promote the comprehensive promotion of national quality education reform and give full play to the potential of middle school sports leaders,combined with the innovation of talent training mode of specialty students,it is essential to provide theoretical guidance for the development of middle school sports specialty students in many regions.This study takes the innovation of the training path of basketball specialty students from the perspective of the integration of sports and education as the research object.From the basketball teams of the 2020 youth student Games in Hunan Province,20 teams with the title of Hunan model middle school are randomly selected,and the sports coaches and basketball specialty students of these teams are taken as the survey objects of this study,using the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire By means of mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper makes a systematic study on the problems and deficiencies existing in the training process of middle school basketball specialty students in Hunan Province from the perspective of the integration of sports and education,as well as the innovation of training path.The main conclusions are as follows:1.The current situation of the cultivation of basketball specialty students in middle schools in Hunan Province:(1)the campus basketball league has not been established,and the integration of sports and education is not sufficient;(2)The middle school basketball league has not been established yet,and the competition system needs to be further improved;(3)Lack of perfect coach system,and the level of coaches needs to be further improved;(4)The market-oriented operation mode is relatively single;(5)Leaders at all levels have a weak sense of responsibility for "integration of sports and education".(6)Lack of communication between teachers and students;(7)Lack of cultivation of cultural quality of special students;(8)The training system of physical education teachers has not been established and improved;(9).lack of effective measures to ensure the graduation destination of specialty students;(10)Lack of a sound system of "integration of sports and education".2.The restrictive factors of the cultivation of basketball specialty students in middle schools in Hunan Province:(1)coach factors(2)balance between learning and training(3)incentive system factors(4)development factors of competition system.3.From the perspective of the integration of sports and education,the innovative ways to cultivate middle school basketball students in Hunan Province:(1)improve the selection mechanism of middle school basketball students(2)strengthen the cooperation between sports departments and education departments;(3)Optimize the "integration of sports and education" campus basketball teacher training system;(4)Speed up the establishment of the supervision system of "integration of sports and education"(5)strengthen the leading position of the government in "integration of sports and education".
