In 2020,with the deepening of the reform of physical education and education in China,the concept of sports education integration was officially put forward.Basketball characteristic schools shoulder the responsibility of promoting the integration of sports and education,and should play an active role in promoting students' physical health and all-round development.Sichuan Province,as one of the first batch of pilot provinces of campus basketball characteristic schools,relying on campus basketball to promote the integration of sports and education,has made some achievements and some problems.In order to better promote the integrated development of campus basketball sports and education in Sichuan Province,this study selects the representative campus basketball characteristic schools in Chengdu,Mianyang,Yibin and Liangshan Prefecture as the research object according to the national standard for campus basketball characteristic schools issued by the Ministry of education,focusing on "teaching","practice","competition",organization,materials and logistics support,Combined with the methods of literature analysis,expert interview,questionnaire survey and combing analysis,this paper analyzes the current situation of the construction and development of campus basketball characteristic schools in Sichuan Province under the background of the integration of sports and education.The main conclusions of the study include::(1)All schools implement relevant regulations in accordance with the requirements of the national standard for schools with campus basketball characteristics.For example,allocate corresponding teachers and implement the treatment of physical education teachers;Pay attention to basketball extracurricular activities and basketball culture construction;Actively establish a basketball team and participate in league matches at all levels;Seriously carry out training and competition,and regularly organize class competitions,grade competitions and individual skill competitions;Implement funds and venues,improve management system,strengthen organization and leadership,etc.(2)In the "teaching" link,all schools incorporate basketball into physical education compulsory,and ensure at least one basketball class per week,of which 90% of schools arrange two or more physical education classes per week;More than 70% of the students can master various basic skills of basketball.However,both PE teachers and students feel that their professional ability is relatively insufficient,and students get less professional guidance for extracurricular activities.This is related to the lack of special training for physical education teachers and the lack of physical education teachers.(3)In the "practice" link,about 90% of students can ensure at least one class hour of training every day;Training is mostly arranged in the afternoon and holidays.The training content covers basic basketball skills,team cooperation,safety and self-protection,basketball games,etc.Although training has a certain impact on learning,most of the surveyed students believe that the impact of training on learning is small and acceptable.However,parents' support is not enough,and they are worried that training will affect their study and health.At the same time,the sports department's participation in campus training is significantly insufficient.(4)In terms of "competition",each school has established a campus competition system covering classes,grades and other events,which can ensure that students who love basketball have a certain chance to play.However,only a few of them have the opportunity to participate in off campus events.(5)In solving the "contradiction between learning and training",all schools have explored some experience.For example,in the recruitment process of team members,requirements are put forward for the achievement of cultural courses.In principle,the cultural achievement is required to reach the level of medium and above;Make use of "double reduction" and after-school service to arrange training courses in every afternoon and holidays;Organize students with competition tasks to study in advance or make up lessons after the competition;Arrange special personnel to serve as full-time culture teachers,etc.(6)After using SWOT analysis to analyze the development environment of campus basketball characteristic schools in Sichuan Province under the background of sports education integration,this paper puts forward the corresponding path.The research suggests that we should introduce the professional strength of physical education,strengthen the training of school physical education teachers and improve the professional level;We should enrich the sources of teachers and attract more sports professionals to participate;We should optimize the construction of school medical team and improve the ability of medical security;We should increase publicity and guidance to win the support of parents;The sports department and education department should break the departmental barriers and form a joint force of departments.On the whole,Sichuan campus basketball characteristic school has made some exploration in the integration of sports and education,especially in solving the "contradiction between learning and training",making full use of the "double reduction" policy,reasonably arranging training time,and better solving the "contradiction between learning and training".However,due to the short practice of sports education integration,the education department and sports department have not yet formed a good interactive relationship.This also needs to be summarized and improved in future practice.
