With the in-depth reform of my country’s sports and education systems, the "integration of sports and education" has gradually shifted to "integration of sports and education",and the sports and education departments have continued to integrate deeply.my country’s professional basketball league undertakes the important task of sending outstanding players to my country’s national basketball team, and the CUBA league is one of the main paths for sending players to the professional basketball league. It can be seen that it is very important to optimize the delivery path of the CUBA league to professional basketball league players and to broaden the delivery channels of highlevel backup talents in Chinese basketball. This paper takes the current situation and path of CUBA league to professional basketball league players over the years as the research object, adopts literature method, interview method and other research methods respectively, takes the background of "integration of sports and education" as the breakthrough point, and analyzes the trend of CUBA league over the years. The current situation of the professional basketball league transporting players, combined with the advantages of the CUBA league to the professional basketball league under the background of the integration of sports and education, and the problems and deficiencies in the transport path are analyzed, and actively explore the CUBA league to the professional basketball league under the background of the integration of sports and education.Convey the optimal path of the player and draw the following conclusions and optimal path:(1)The player delivery path is single, and the "three-level" talent delivery model that has been explored in practice for decades in my country is still deeply rooted. The traditional talent transfer model should be enriched. One is to try to establish a "onestop" model of middle school-college admissions, the second is to explore the joint training model of colleges and universities-professional clubs, and the third is to seek middle schools-universities-professional leagues/professional clubs-National team mode.(2)The sports and education departments are not well connected, and the competition system of the sports and education departments should be improved.First of all,it is necessary to provide a set of well-known competitions for one academic period, and then gradually remove the qualification restrictions for competitions. At the same time, strengthen the supervision of competitions, and finally consider increasing the number of competitions.(3)The importance of colleges and universities is different, which shows that in the transfer of professional league players,"double first-class" universities such as Peking University and Huazhong University of Science and Technology have the largest number of players.Information exchange among multiple subjects should be strengthened.Strengthen information exchange from top to bottom, build a big data platform from shallow to deep, and explore the path of professional brokers from the outside to the inside.(4)The comprehensive ability of CUBA coaches is uneven, mainly reflected in the differences in the source of coaches and the level of coaching. The coaching system should be improved.First, determine the job responsibilities of coaches;second, improve the professional title assessment of coaches;third, ensure the professional development of coaches.(5)The lack of professional ability of CUBA players is reflected in the following three differences: First, the CUBA players are not enough in terms of physical confrontation;second, the overall technical and tactical ability;third, the psychological resistance ability is not enough. In business, team coaches should focus on sports skills;ideologically, counselors should focus on ideological education;in learning, classroom teachers should focus on study habits.(6)CUBA players have different career visions.Compared with professional players, they show differences in career development goals, career development cognition, and career development vision when they treat their career plans. The draft rules of professional leagues should be improved to ensure the professionalization of players. |
