| The development of modern information technology has brought great visual power,the field of secondary vocational education in the field of education informatization has been deepened,in the context of the continuous advancement of vocational education reform,it is urgent to change the traditional teaching mode to improve the quality of secondary vocational education.The application of knowledge visualization in teaching can not only help students reduce cognitive load,but also promote the dissemination and innovation of knowledge in the teaching process.Research on the visual application of knowledge in the field of secondary vocational education can optimize the effect of secondary vocational teaching.Therefore,this paper takes the course "Tourism Culture" of a secondary vocational tourism major in Shaoxing City as the research object,mainly explores the application research of knowledge visualization in the specific course of secondary vocational education,and analyzes educational practice.Firstly,this paper reviews the literature,and analyzes the conceptual characteristics of knowledge visualization and related theoretical basis based on the current research status of knowledge visualization at home and abroad.Secondly,on the basis of questionnaire surveys and interviews,the current situation and problems of knowledge visualization applied to the secondary vocational "Tourism Culture" course were clarified.Subsequently,combined with the principles of knowledge visualization teaching design,for the analysis of knowledge visualization teaching,the STILE model of visual learning is referred to on the basis of knowledge visualization visual representation design,and the teaching process of "Tourism Culture" based on knowledge visualization is constructed.Finally,the teaching practice is carried out in secondary vocational schools,the teaching practice data is analyzed,and the effect of knowledge visualization applied to the secondary vocational "Tourism Culture" course is explored.Faced with the main problems such as the single teaching method of teachers,students’ one-sided cognition of knowledge visualization,and the formality of knowledge visualization teaching in the middle vocational "Tourism Culture" course,this study constructs a visual representation design process based on the knowledge visualization of the secondary vocational "Tourism Culture" to provide a teaching design paradigm for the application of knowledge visualization to course teaching.The results show that the application of knowledge visualization to the secondary vocational "Tourism Culture" course can effectively improve students’ academic performance,stimulate students’ interest in learning,and cultivate students’ visual learning ability.Based on the above research,the following suggestions are put forward: first,visual teaching should be consistent with the behavior habits of teachers and students;Second,knowledge visualization and teaching are fully integrated;Third,the comprehensive use of knowledge visualization visual representation tools;Fourth,teachers improve their knowledge visualization literacy. |
