| This research takes the current situation of the integration of learning and training competitions in Nanchang junior middle schools as the research object,and takes physical education teachers and teachers and researchers in Nanchang ordinary middle schools as the research object.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,case analysis and other research methods,this paper studies the current situation of the integration of "learning,training and competition" in Nanchang junior middle school,and analyzes the current situation of cognition and promotion of the integration of "learning,training and competition" teaching model by Nanchang teachers and researchers The current situation of PE teachers’ cognition of the integrated teaching mode of "learning,training and competition" and the application research of successful cases focus on the analysis of the outstanding characteristics of the "learning and training competition".The conclusions are as follows:(1)The development of traditional sports still needs to be strengthened;the policy of integrated development of“Learning,training and competition” has been implemented,but physical education teachers often teach with their own understanding of the concept,but there are not many schools that form the mode and carry on the physical education teaching.(2)The integrated development policy of“Learning,training and competition”has been implemented,but its implementation is not ideal.The single teaching method and the weak attraction of teaching contents lead to the lower interest of students in physical education,the unbalanced gender ratio of teachers and the need for further improvement of Teachers’ academic qualifications,to attract more highly educated and experienced teachers to participate in the integrated development of“Learning,training and competition”,so as to provide a sufficient number of teachers for the school health education curriculum.(3)The basic facilities of sports grounds need to be improved,and there are some hidden dangers in the school grounds.In the invisible increase in student participation in sports activities in the incidence of sports injuries.With the continuous increase of sports,the required school sports venues and facilities of higher quality,more quantity.(4)The integrated development of“Learning,training and competition” needs to increase the intensity and density of students’ participation in sports activities.Suggested that schools with good sports venues and facilities should learn from the development model of Nanchang Zhu school education group(Yunfei Road Campus),schools with inadequate conditions and better individual sports draw on the development model of Nanchang Qianlu School(overseas Chinese city campus).(5)The combination of physical education,learning,training and competition forms a scientific teaching mode to improve students’ physical performance in middle school entrance examination.The middle school entrance examination sports is not only the entrance examination,but also a kind of sports competition,Set up accurate learning and teaching objectives,use all kinds of fun sports games to help students practice,improve the enthusiasm of students to practice.Competition to promote training,to promote learning,for life-long physical training to lay the foundation. |
