Research On Teenager Tennis Competition System In China Under The Physical Education Integration Background

The government of China has always attached importance to the healthy development of adolescents.On September 21 st,2020,the Ministry of Education issued the Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Physical Education and Promoting the Healthy Development of Adolescents(hereinafter referred to as the Opinions),which is a landmark event in the development of sports and health undertakings of adolescents in China the six measures to improve the sports competition system of teenagers in the Opinions require the integration of Sports Competition and joint efforts to build high-level sports teams in Colleges and universities,and relevant incentive and support policies,and to clearly require the integration of sports system resources in education system to unify two major System Competition,to conduct one-sided design and integrated promotion,and to build a competition system for all students,To build a complete system of campus sports competition,and to build an excellent way for the growth and rise of reserve sports talents.The concept of integration of physical education points out the direction of sports and education in the new era,and also makes strategic plans for the reform and future development of school sports.Based on this background,the author collected relevant literature about the System of Competition and Youth Tennis Competition by using the method of literature and materials to lay a theoretical foundation for this study.This paper investigates the development status of Chinese youth tennis,and combs the current situation of the organization and management of youth tennis Competition,the types,quantity,regional distribution of the Competition Based on the time arrangement and the ranking of points,this paper attempts to analyze and study the problems existing in the system of youth tennis Competition in China.Then,the author collects and sorts out the specific measures of the integration of the tournament system by using the expert interview method.Based on the expert opinion,the specific measures to improve the System of Youth Tennis Competition in China are proposed,It is hoped that it can provide theoretical reference for the integration of youth tennis Competition in sports and education departments and improve the system of sports Competition,promote the healthy development of our youth and promote the progress of tennis in China.The results show that the problems existing in the System of Youth Tennis Competition in China are: The Tennis Management Center of the General Administration of sports and The Tennis Branch of The Student Sports Association of the Ministry of Education lack communication and self-management on the work of youth tennis Competition;The two departments have different purposes;The qualifications and age of the competition are different;The distribution of the competition area is not balanced;The number of Competition can not meet the requirements of Chinese youth in general,and the grass-roots Competition are seriously inadequate;The distribution of Competition among provinces in the whole country is not balanced;The management of the competition points ranking should be improved.Under the background of the Integration of Sports and Education,according to the requirements of the "opinions" to improve the system of youth sports Competition,the following measures are proposed:(1)the establishment of youth competition Coordination Committee;(2)the sports and sports departments jointly determine the core value system and target orientation of the Competition;(3)the integration of youth Competition,the construction of hierarchical and hierarchical youth Competition System,and the integration of the youth network The ball games are designed into three types: Elite type,Leading type and Popular type;(4)open up the registration channel of athletes’ qualification and allow athletes to register in both Sports and Education departments;(5)Reasonably arrange the Competition and promote the integration of event resources;(6)Increase the number of grass-roots events;(7)Improve the management of competition points ranking;(8)Overall sports level certification;Share incentive policies.
