| School sports are an important part of school education and play an important role in promoting the all-round development of students.However,at present,there are still some problems in the physical education and health curriculum that are not conducive to the development of students’ sports ability,such as: there is a disconnect between physical education classroom teaching,extracurricular sports activities,and sports competitions;There are also problems such as fragmentation between physical education and health education.In order to solve the problems arising in the development of physical education and health courses in the compulsory education stage,the Ministry of Education promulgated the Standards for Physical Education and Health Curriculum in Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)(hereinafter referred to as the new curriculum standards)in April 2022.The breakthrough change in the new curriculum standard lies in the requirement of "church,diligent practice,and regular competition",paying attention to the integrated teaching of "learning and training",and fundamentally solving the problems of teaching without teaching,learning without learning,not practicing much,practicing badly,and incomplete competition.The integration of "learning and training competitions" plays an important role in improving students’ sports ability.As an important part of compulsory education,junior high school has strong research significance.Under the guidance of the relevant theories of physical education,this study analyzes the current situation of the integration of "learning and training competition" in the junior and middle school sections of Zhangzhou Municipal Straight Middle School under the background of the implementation of the "new curriculum standard",and puts forward corresponding development countermeasures,so as to provide an effective reference for the implementation of the new curriculum standard and promote the high-quality development of physical education.This paper uses the literature method,Delphi method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,field investigation method,mathematical statistics method and other research methods to study the current situation of the integration of "learning and training competition" in the junior middle school section of six municipal direct middle schools in Zhangzhou City,and put forward corresponding strategies through the analysis of the current situation,so as to provide an effective reference for the high-quality development of physical education in Zhangzhou.After collation,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Basic conditions:(1)The physical education and health course of Zhangzhou Junior High School can ensure that students have three lessons per week,but the teaching effect needs to be further improved,and physical education teachers lack guidance for students to participate in extracurricular sports activities and after-school sports competitions.(2)The sports venues of most schools are different from the national standard.(3)In terms of sports equipment and equipment,the number of equipment is different from the number stipulated in the "Junior High School Sports Equipment Equipment Allocation Standards",and there is also a problem that the utilization rate of equipment is low due to the more concentrated schedule of physical education classes.(4)The sports maintenance fee can basically meet the actual needs,and individual schools cannot meet it because they have not better implemented the special fund system.(5)The academic level of physical education teachers is mainly undergraduate,and the structure of academic qualifications and professional titles is relatively low compared with other disciplines.2.In the integrated development of "learning and practice competitions" :(1)In the integrated development of "learning and practice competitions" in physical education classes,most students reported that they could master at least one sports skill,but the teaching ignored the development of health education and interdisciplinary theme activities.The teaching methods based on situations and competitions were relatively less used,and some teachers spent a long time in classroom teaching;The arrangement of physical training is reasonable,but the arrangement of special sports skill training time does not fully meet the requirements of the curriculum standard;Physical education classroom teaching focuses on "learning and practicing",ignoring the arrangement of "competition".(2)In the development of the integration of "learning,practice and competition" of physical education and health courses,there is a disjunction between "learning" and "practice",which focuses on physical education classroom teaching and ignores the arrangement and guidance of after-school sports homework exercises,big break sports activities exercises,and extracurricular sports activities exercises,and the contents of "learning" and "practice" are not consistent.The competition arrangement can basically face all students,but the number of times can not meet the needs of students.3.In terms of the integrated evaluation of the "Learning and Training Competition" :(1)Use the Delphi method to determine the integrated evaluation indicators of the "Learning and Training Competition",that is,3 first-level indicators and 11 second-level indicators.(2)The index weight of "physical education classroom learning" was 0.313;the index weight of "physical education and physical exercise" was 0.454;and the index weight of "intracurricular and extracurricular sports competition" was 0.232.(3)According to the weight of each index,the comprehensive score of the "learning and practice competition" of each grade is obtained,with the highest score in the third grade,the second in the first grade,and the lowest in the second grade.In view of the problems existing in the current integration of the "learning and training competition" in the junior and middle school sections of Zhangzhou Municipal Straight Middle School,the following suggestions are put forward: 1.In terms of basic conditions,it is recommended to strengthen government participation,formulate plans and goals for the integrated development of "learning and training competition",and improve the special fund system of schools;Clarify the responsibilities of school management and physical education teachers,and establish and improve the integration mechanism of "learning and training competition";Optimize the structure of the physical education teacher team and promote the healthy development of school sports.2.In terms of the integration of the "learning and training competition",it is recommended that Zhangzhou Junior High School optimize the teaching plan and pay attention to the arrangement of health education and interdisciplinary theme learning lessons;Improve the professional quality of physical education teachers,pay attention to multi-channel and multi-level training for physical education teachers,and improve the professional level of physical education teachers;Optimize the specific content of the integration of "learning and training" to ensure the consistency of learning,training and competition;Improve the evaluation system and integrate evaluation into all aspects of the "learning and training competition".3.In terms of the integrated evaluation of "learning and training competition",it is recommended that physical education teachers in the first grade should pay attention to strengthening the organization and management of physical education practice inside and outside the classroom;The learning of physical education classroom and physical activities inside and outside the classroom continued to improve;All grades focus on strengthening the organization and management of sports competitions inside and outside the classroom. |
