Research On The Reform Of The Talent Training System In China’s Physical Education Colleges Under The Guidance Of "Church,Diligence,and Regular Competition"

This study will specifically incorporate the requirements of the Opinions into the exploration path of talent training reform in sports colleges and universities,and explore the indepth implementation of "church,diligent training,regular competition" in the context of the integration of sports and education,in combination with the actual reform of the current sports college system,to form a positive response to the policy.The research itself very well reflects the leading role of the integration of sports and education in the reform of the talent training system in sports colleges and universities,and comprehensively combs the context and characteristics of the talent training system in China’s sports colleges and universities,and further implements the requirements of the Opinions from the perspective of the orientation of talent training in sports colleges and universities,which will help promote the exploration of the reform of the talent training system in sports colleges and universities,Promote the implementation of policies related to the integration of sports and education.At the same time,the research in this paper can help promote the integration of the limited resources of the sports and education departments,realize the complementarity of advantages,effectively improve the quality of talent training in sports colleges and universities,and cultivate sports talents with more core competitiveness and meet the needs of national and social development.Under the background of the integration of sports and education,this study focuses on the reform of the talent training system in sports colleges and universities,centering on "church,hard work and regular competition","vigorously cultivate the team of sports teachers and coaches","strengthen the basic theory of sports,and give full play to its role as a think tank in project development,scientific research training and talent training","the setting of special positions for coaches","reasonably introduce third parties to participate in after-school services" "Innovate the training mode of teaching talents" and other requirements,reverse the reform path of talent training system in sports colleges and universities under the background of integration of sports and teaching.By using the methods of literature,induction and deduction,expert interview and logical analysis,the reform of talent training system in sports colleges and universities is studied in a wide,deep and logical way.This study believes that the practical dilemmas restricting the reform of the talent training system by "church,diligent training and regular competition" are as follows: the practical dilemmas at the "church" level are "body" and "text" disjointed;Teachers’ "walk through" teaching;Lack of special post setting for coaches;The responsibilities of PE teachers and coaches are blurred and the level of special skills is low;The students’ interpersonal quality is low.The practical dilemma at the level of "diligence" is that the professional technology curriculum is not precise and systematic;Teachers and students have serious inert thinking and low efficiency in class;Training ground resources are scarce;The resources of social sports organizations are derailed from the training of talents in colleges and universities.The practical dilemma at the level of "regular competition" is that the teaching mode of professional courses is outdated and lacks competition elements;The school sports event system is not perfect;The purpose of the competition is too strong and tends to be utilitarian.In order to solve the practical difficulties of development,the reform strategies of the talent training system in sports colleges and universities include: implementing "church,diligent training,regular competition",and promoting the transformation of the concept of sports colleges and universities;Integrate curriculum resources and optimize the management of teachers and students;Perfect and innovate the competition system,and build a linkage competition mode inside and outside the school;Strengthen the construction of the teaching staff in sports colleges and universities;Innovate the training mode of teaching talents;Add full-time positions for coaches;Reasonably introduce third parties to participate in after-school services.The reform of talent training mode in sports colleges and universities can better cultivate sports talents suitable for the needs of national and social development and improve the core competitiveness of sports colleges and universities.
