After the epidemic,Tibet’s tourism industry has witnessed rapid development,with an increasing demand for tourism talents with professional skills.Secondary vocational schools are important output bases of the skilled talents in our country,which provide solid foundation for the sustainable development of tourism.In reality,the teaching of tour guide service in traditional secondary vocational schools is not effective enough to meet the requirements of modern enterprises."Tour Guide Service" is a core course of tourism service major in secondary vocational schools.Its main function is to train tour guide service personnel.Tour guide positions require high ability of practitioners,not only rich cultural knowledge,but also professional and adaptable ability.Therefore,it is very important to train tourist guide service students with vocational ability as the teaching goal.According to the characteristics of the curriculum,action-oriented teaching can solve some existing problems well.Action-oriented teaching is carried out according to a complete action model.Students participate in the whole process of activities and achieve the process of independent construction of knowledge by completing tasks.It is also the process of vocational action ability cultivation.Applying action orientation to the teaching design of "Tour Guide Service" course in secondary vocational schools can improve the class quality and students’ professional ability and quality.This study takes the course "Tour Guide Service" of Tour Guide Service major of the Second secondary Vocational and Technical School of Lhasa as the research object,comprehensively uses literature analysis,questionnaire survey,interview and case study,and takes constructivism theory,multiple intelligence theory and situational learning theory as the guidance.Firstly,through literature review,the positive role of action orientation in secondary vocational education is clarified,and relevant scholars research methods in action-oriented instructional design are used for reference to determine the research dimension and content.Based on the questionnaire survey of students and the interview results of teachers and tour guides,the present teaching situation and existing problems of "Tour Guide Service" in the second vocational in Lhasa are analyzed.It is found that the certification requirement of teaching objective is greater than the ability of the course of Lhasa Second Post;Theory and practice are separated,teaching content is divorced from reality;Ignoring the needs of students and teaching in a single way;Emphasis on theory rather than practice,teaching evaluation is simple;Lack of process evaluation and teaching facilities;Can not meet students’ learning needs and other problems.In the analysis of existing problems,the design idea is clear,and the existing problems are overcome.The action oriented teaching mode is adopted to carry out the teaching design of "Tour Guide Service" course,and the teaching objective,content,method,process and teaching evaluation are optimized.Taking vocational action ability as teaching objectives and evaluation criteria,based on typical work tasks,the content of post action field is determined and transformed into learning field,and the learning-related career scenario is created."Tour guide scenic area lead group explanation" is selected specifically for teaching design,It also summarizes the significance,difficulties and suggestions of action-oriented instructional design.
