Group Work Intervention Research On Relieving Learning-Weariness Of Secondary Vocational Students

The government has been vigorously pushing forward the development of professional education in recent years,and has gone to great lengths to elevate the position of vocational education to the same level as general education.However,there is a general weariness among vocational education students and their low self-evaluation,which is detrimental to their physical and psychological health and their future development,and hinders the development of vocational education.The problem of weariness among vocational education students has aroused social concern.In the literature review,the author found that academic self-efficacy was significantly correlated with weariness,so author decided to start from the sense of self-efficacy,to carry out practical intervention for weariness of secondary vocational students.Through questionnaire survey,group intervention,scale measurement,interview and other methods,this study explores the path and practical effect of improving academic self-efficacy on relieving boredom of secondary vocational students.During the internship of H secondary school,the author conducted field investigation and interview on the students’ weariness,and found that the weariness of H secondary school students is more common.Therefore,on the basis of communication and consultation with relevant teachers in the school,the author randomly selected students of a major in the second grade of high school,conducted a questionnaire survey on their learning situation and academic self-efficacy,screened the research objects and conducted a needs assessment,and formulated specific group intervention programs on this basis.Under the guidance of self-efficacy theory and combined with ABC theory,the group program intervenes in group work from four aspects: successful experience,alternative experience,verbal persuasion and improvement of psychological or emotional state.By influencing and changing the academic self-efficacy of the service objects,the purpose of alleviating the weariness of the service objects is achieved.At the same time,the study subjects’ academic self-efficacy and weariness were measured before and after the group intervention,and the effects of the group intervention were evaluated based on the interview results,and the research conclusions were further drawn.The results show that the intervention of social work can effectively alleviate the boredom of secondary vocational students through the improvement of academic self-efficacy.Compared with the control group,the experimental group in the intervention of self-efficacy group,weariness was significantly relieved,in terms of cognition,the service object established a rational cognition of learning,self-evaluation is more positive,learning attitude has been changed;In the aspect of behavior,the motivation and confidence of self-learning are improved,and the learning behavior is increased;In terms of emotions,the service objects are more positive and learn to reduce the impact of negative emotions.In addition,there are still some problems in this study,such as insufficient use of professional methods,insufficient representation of samples,research content to be expanded,and professional improvement of social workers,which still require the author to further strengthen the research ability.
