Since 2019,the state has started a new round of vocational education reform,requiring the construction of high-level and high-quality vocational education,proposed the establishment of vocational education college entrance examination system,and took the lead in pilot vocational education college entrance examination reform in Shandong in 2022.The reform of Vocational Education in the new period not only poses a great challenge to the talent training of secondary vocational education,but also puts forward new requirements for the learning of secondary vocational students.In line with the principle of combining quantitative research with qualitative research,the researcher used the research methods of questionnaire,interview and observation to compile the student questionnaire and conduct the questionnaire research.After the data statistics and analysis of the questionnaire submitted by the researcher using Excel,Python and SPSS,and combined with the interview with the students in the secondary vocational school,the researcher conducted a comprehensive study on the students’ basic information,students’ learning concept and cognition,students’ Weariness performance and the influencing factors of students’ weariness,and then obtained the performance,causes and Countermeasures of secondary vocational students’ weariness.Secondary vocational students’ Weariness of learning is mainly reflected in four dimensions: at the classroom level,they do not listen carefully in class,do not complete the classroom tasks assigned by the teacher,are distracted and inattentive,and there are phenomena such as being late,absenteeism,sleeping and playing with mobile phones;At the after-school level,the awareness of autonomous learning is poor and the completion of homework is low;At the examination level,they do not take the exam seriously,fail the exam,are late for the exam,are absent from the exam,and lack the awareness of participating in the college entrance examination of vocational education;At the level of skill practice,they do not seriously participate in professional practice,and the rate of obtaining vocational skill certificate is low.The causes of secondary vocational students’ learning weariness mainly come from individuals,families,schools,teachers and society: secondary vocational students lack learning motivation,incorrect learning attitude,weak knowledge base and poor learning habits;Parents’ educational ability is insufficient and have no time to take into account their children’s learning;The school has a bad learning atmosphere and backward teaching facilities;Teachers’ teaching fails to fully consider the learning situation,and the classroom management and control is not enough;Bad social atmosphere and prejudice against secondary vocational students.Finally,the researcher puts forward corresponding countermeasures from the personal,family,school,teachers and society of secondary vocational students: at the student level,we should stimulate learning motivation,correct learning attitude,cultivate learning habits and consolidate basic knowledge;At the family level,parents should pay more attention to their children’s learning,carry out home school cooperation and guide family education behavior;At the school level,we should create a good learning atmosphere,improve teaching facilities,carry out home school cooperation and increase academic assessment;At the teacher level,we should carry out Differentiated Classroom Teaching Based on learning situation and strengthen classroom discipline control;At the social level,we should create a good social and cultural environment,change the social concept of secondary vocational students,and provide policy support.
