China’s secondary vocational education is booming and its enrollment is expanding, because more and more attention is given to it in the21st century. But the present learning situation of the students’ give cause for concern. Students’ study-weariness is increasing and the number of the students who are disengaged is expanding gradually. How to properly handle the problem of study-weariness and to find out the reasons why the students dislike learning are significant to the sustainable healthy development of the secondary vocational education and our country economy and society.Documents research, questionnaire study and interview are adopted in the thesis. Secondary vocational school students’ study-weariness is analyzed in the following aspects.(1) The related concepts are defined and the theories to support the research are analyzed. They include:the theory of intensifying; the theory of demanding; the theory of cognitive disorder; the theory of reason; the theory of achievement motivation; the theory of expectation, etc.(2) In order to find out the present learning situation of the students’study-weariness, questionnaire and interview are adopted to collect empirical data. Students who are the freshmen, sophomore, graduates in Pingdingshan Institute of Education and also teachers of the school are given surveyed. At the same time some corporations which have cooperation with the school are investigated. In this way it will give a more scientific and reasonable analysis.(3) On the basis of the investigation, the causes of secondary vocational school students’study-weariness are concluded from the students own factors, school factors, family factors and social factors, which provide some references for teachers and educational administrators and then improve the development and teaching quality of secondary vocational school.(4) Six strategies to answer the study-weariness are put forth based on the analysis of the cause of the students’study-weariness:self-analysis should be given to improve their quality; mental health education should be carried out; the mechanism of incentive should be improved to promoting learning by employment; teaching mode should be reconstructed and curriculum is to adjusted; family education should be better; social attitudes should be changed and the cooperation between colleges and enterprises is to be strengthened.
