The study-weary behavior of the students in comprehensive secondary vocational schools has become even more serious, which has prevented the secondary vocational schools from developing. Referencing the theory of educational psychology, under the guide of study theory, using literature research, questionnaire method and individual interviews, the author of the thesis investigates the students of Tangshan International Business and Economics Vocational School who are different sexes from different grades and majors in order to find out and analyze the situation and factors of the behavior of learning-weariness from the aspects of pedagogy and psychology. In order to reverse the crisis of learning-weariness, the writer intends to provide some strategies from the aspects of students, school, family and society.The main conclusions of the study:(1) the phenomenon of study-weary behavior has become more common and serious, data are obtained from the 480 valid questionnaires that the number of the students who are fed up with learning is 76.25%; The distributions:severe 19.58%, moderate 43.54%, mild 13.13%. The rate in higher classes is bigger than that in lower classes, the rate of boys is bigger than girls, and the rate of art students is bigger than science students. (2) The main causes of study-weary behavior in secondary vocational school. Own level:lack of motivation, learning goals fuzzy; Learning foundation is weak, the learning method is undeserved; Learning attitude is not correct, study interest not strong; Psychological problems serious, lack of learning willpower and will. The school level: curriculum unsuited to secondary vocational school education teaching requirements; The school education management system behind; Teachers' comprehensive quality behind. Family level:family environment bad; Parents' education unsuitable mode; Expectations of parents are too high. The society level:the social bad environmental influence; Secondary vocational schools and students' social status effects. (3) deal with secondary vocational school students learning strategies. Stimulate the students' learning motivation, cultivating students' interest and autonomous learning ability; Develop secondary vocational school education, meet school-based curriculum of the special needs of secondary; Establishing and perfecting various teaching management system, make it institutionalized, standardization, scientific. Rich campus culture, optimize the teaching environment; Constructing "two-qualification", improve the teachers' comprehensive and integrated element; Build relaxed family environment, promote parents overall quality; Optimize social environment, guide the right talent.
