Objective: today’s rapid social development changes,students need to learn more and more content,more and more complex.Therefore,students need to use as little time cost as possible to achieve the greatest learning results.With the full implementation of the liberal education curriculum,students will not only need to study their major subjects or key subjects,but also need to study various sub-subjects,therefore,how to use the minimum time cost to maximize the teaching results and achieve individualized teaching,volleyball teaching has become a major issue at this stage.But now the development of volleyball is relatively stable,and the teaching method of volleyball teaching is also using the teaching method of 20 years ago,this leads to the fact that it is often difficult for students to learn all the skills of volleyball in the course of physical education,and it is difficult to teach students in accordance with their aptitude because of the large number of students,which leads to unsatisfactory teaching results,therefore,this experiment uses PBL + TBL teaching method to solve the problems in traditional volleyball teaching,hoping to improve volleyball teaching,it provides experimental basis for volleyball teaching and some reference for college physical education.Methods: this research mainly uses the experimental method,namely PBL + TBL teaching method(namely problem-based teaching method + team teaching method)to carry on the teaching experiment and the research and the analysis to the common university physical education class four class students,this paper makes an experimental study on the technique and tactics,physical quality and tactics application of college students in volleyball public physical education.Before the experiment,the author used the method of literature and expert interview to determine the key techniques and physical fitness of each position of volleyball and the corresponding problems of each key technique,and according to the above content of the experimental group of students into the four positions of volleyball groups are: the main attack group,sub-attack group,receive the setter group,setter group four groups.Then we use the experimental method to adopt the PBL + TBL teaching method(that is,problem-based teaching method + team teaching method)to the students of the experimental class,using TBL teaching method will have the same characteristics of the students to form a group so as to facilitate individualized teaching,group discussion to help students solve specific problems.The students in the control group used traditional teaching method and the content and intensity of the experimental group were basically consistent.Before and after the experiment,the volleyball skills,tactics,physical fitness and body shape of the students were tested,and the data were analyzed by SPSS26.0.Conclusion: after 12-week teaching experiment,it is found that PBL + TBL teaching method has obvious influence on the improvement of students’ technique and physical quality,especially volleyball technique,the data showed that the techniques of the experimental class were improved after the experiment,especially the question-oriented key techniques.At the same time,the physical quality of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group.In terms of tactics,apart from the fact that the setter team has systematically studied and applied tactics,there has been an improvement in the tactics,the other teams have not significantly improved,the body shape had no change except body weight after PBL + TBL teaching.Therefore,it is concluded that PBL + TBL teaching method has obvious positive effect on improving the technique and physical quality of college students in volleyball public sports class,and the tactical aspect has no obvious change except as the key aspect,has no effect on body shape. |
