| Competency-based education was a mastery learning education invented by the University of Houston psychologist Bloom in the United States in the the 1970 s,and by the the 1990 s colleges and universities began to introduce competency-oriented education.Sports Training Specialty is the cradle of training teachers,now education began to pay attention to the adaptability of students ’ society,employers also pay great attention to students ’ practical experience,the aim is to adapt students to work more quickly,the most important thing is to cultivate students ’ teaching practice ability,so as to create a good employment competition situation for graduates,At the same time for students as soon as possible to adapt to the job to lay a solid foundation.This study uses the method of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey,Mathematical Statistics and teaching experiment,taking the 2016 Class 9 class and 10 class students of the sports training specialty of Xi ’ an Institute of Physical education as the experimental object,and carries out 16 weeks of teaching experiment,and tries to apply the competency-based teaching method to the teaching of volleyball science course.This paper mainly studies the influence of competency-based teaching method on students ’ physical quality,technical evaluation,achievement of standards and teaching practice ability.The experimental results show that:1.After 16 weeks of teaching experiments,the physical fitness of the students in the experimental class(badminton throwing far,running touch height,"half-meter word" movement,one minute sit-ups)is relatively better than the control classes,through the Independent sample T test,P values are 0.120,0.280,0.118,0.018,Badminton throw far,run touch high,"half meter word" move,P value are greater than 0.05,one minute sit-ups,P value less than 0.05.It shows that the competency-based teaching method and the traditional teaching method have no significant difference between the throwing of badminton,the high running,the "half-meter word" movement,and the significant difference between the one-minute sit-ups.2.The use of competency-based teaching methods in the teaching of volleyball for sports training majors in XI ’ an Institute of Physical Education The students ’ achievement of the standard is obviously better than that of the control class,after the experiment,the students ’ values of the wall pad ball,the wall pass,serve and the buckle P are 0.000,0.000,0.072,0.000,The buckle P value is less than 0.05 and the serve P value is greater than 0.05.It shows that there aresignifica,differences between the two teaching methods on the wall pad ball,the wall pass and the buckle,and there is no significant difference in the serve.3.The technical evaluation results of students using competency-based teaching methods in the teaching of volleyball in sports training majors of Xi ’ an institute of physical education are obviously better than those of the control class,and the average scores of the students in the experimental class were 6.30,5.17,5.77 and 7.80,and that of the students in the control classes,The average results of the technical evaluation of the Wall pass,serve and buckle are 5.24,4.47,5.00 and 6.42,which shows that the competency-based teaching method has a good effect on the students ’ mastery of the standard technology action.4.It can be seen from the teaching experiment that the total results of the experimental class in the experiment were significantly better than those of the control classes,the average grade of the class was 83.75,the average score of the control classes was 72.20,and the scores were significantly different,which showed that the competency-based teaching method had a significant effect on improving the students ’ performance.5.The use of competency-based teaching methods in the volleyball practice course of sports training majors in XI ’ an Institute of Physical education is more conducive to improving students ’ teaching practice ability(lesson plan writing ability,action demonstration ability,Lincao password ability,language expression ability,organizational teaching ability,action innovation ability,refereeing ability)than using traditional teaching method.There was a significant difference between the experimental class and the control grade.6.The use of competency-based teaching methods in the volleyball practice course of sports training majors in XI ’ an Institute of Physical Education has been unanimously praised by most students,and the ability-based teaching method is targeted and operable,which is helpful to give full play to students ’ subjective initiative,thus improving the teaching quality of volleyball class. |
