In recent years,the heavy employment on students has been aggravated by a combination of factors such as the steady increase in the number of graduates,the normalization of epidemic prevention and control,and the restructuring of the economy."The China College Students Employment Report 2022" published by Mycos Institute,shows that the overall employment rate for the Class of 2021 was 86% half a year after graduation,with one-third of them finding job six months after leaving school.All along,unemployed college graduates when they leaving school employment problems has been highly concerned by the Party,the state and Party committees and governments at all levels,and a string of policies measures have been adopted,especially in a few years of recent,the problem of unemployed college graduates who have left school should be regarded as the focus of the "six guarantees" and "six stability" work.Moreover,General Secretary Xi Jinping also emphasized again in the report of the 20 th Party Congress the need to implement the employment priority strategy,improve and strengthen the employment promotion mechanism,and promote high-quality and full employment for university students.As the employment of college graduates is a coherent process with multiple links,and the generation of the problem of college graduates leaving without employment is a complex system,involving many factors,hence the exploration of the influencing factors and internal mechanism of the employment of college graduates who were unemployed when they leaving school is the key to solve the employment problem of this special group.This dissertation takes the underemployed college graduates from 2017 to 2021 in Shaanxi Province as the primary object of study.By reading and combing the relevant research literature,the conceptual model of the influencing factors of employment of unemployed college graduates is constructed based on the social cognitive career the ory,human capital theory and social capital theory.Meantime,relevant research hypotheses are proposed.The questionnaire was designed and surveyed to the respondents,and 1435 valid data were collected.After relevant data analysis by SPSS and Mplus software,the underemployed college graduates of human capital,social capital,professional maturity,perceived social support influence on their employment through structural equation model has carried on the positive statements.The conclusion of the positive statements show that:(1)Human capital,social capital,professional maturity and perception of social support all have significant direct and forward influence on the employment of underemployed college graduates;(2)Perceived social support has significant forward influence on the human capital,social capital and occupation maturity of underemployed college graduates;(3)Besides directly affecting the employment of underemployed college graduates,perceived social support also indirectly affects employment through the chain intermediary influence of human capital,vocational maturity,and social capital.Eventually,according to the conclusion of the positive statements,this paper from the government,school and individual three levels for unemployed college graduates to achieve employment to provide corresponding countermeasures and proposals.
