| As the excellent resources of nation and the backbone of the construction of the country,the university graduates are the important force in the implementation of the strategy of developing the country,the talent power and the construction of the innovation-oriented country.However,due to the implementation of the policy of expanding enrollment in higher education,number of graduates is increasing,the competition of the labor market is fierce.The problem of employment has become a hot topic of domestic scholars.While the subjects such as universities and parents pay too much attention to the rate of employment and income,the quality of employment of college graduates is an important index to measure employment status and solve employment problems,which was proposed by the researchers.At the same time,social capital plays a decisive role in the overall employment process of college graduates.If college graduates have rich social capital,their employment opportunities and competitive advantage are over others.That is,the accumulation of social capital is positively related to the quality of employment.Consequently,the paper tries to explore the effect of the social capital on the quality of employment of college graduates.It’s an important value that study on how to cultivate the accumulation of college graduates’ social capital,cope with the problems brought by unpredictable employment marketing environment.Firstly,through the combing of the existing research results,this article clearly defined the concept of social capital and employment quality,and the employment quality is divided into four dimensions: salary and welfare,development prospect,labor relations and employment structure;Social capital is divided into three dimensions: network scale,network intensity and network quality.Secondly,based on the review of existing research,we clarify the relationship between network size,network strength,network quality and the employment quality of college graduates,construct a theoretical model of employment quality of college graduates,and put forward relevant research hypotheses.Thirdly,questionnaires were distributed to the college graduates of Heilongjiang Province,collect first-hand data,produce analysis of descriptive statistical based on collective data and test the reliability,validity and factor analysis.The results show that the sample has good representativeness.An empirical analysis of the theoretical model by using the structural equation model.According to the model adaptation index,it can be seen that the fitting degree between the actual observation data and the theoretical model is better,the theoretical model is accepted.The empirical results show that social capital has a significant positive impact on the employment quality of college graduates.Meanwhile,the degree of education and the years of employment are taken as the control variables to verify the suitability of the theoretical model for the different nature samples.Finally,the in-depth analysis of the empirical results.We put forward the countermeasures to improve the employment quality of college graduates of Heilongjiang province from the expanding network scale,strengthening network strength and paying attention to network quality. |
