The Influence Mechanism Of Family Social Capital On Teenagers' Interpersonal Communication Based On Structural Equation Model

As one of the issues that the society pays close attention to,the interpersonal communication of teenagers is not only related to the healthy and smooth development of the individual in adolescence,but also has a far-reaching impact on their later social adaptation and communication.Therefore,it is necessary to study the influencing factors of the interpersonal communication of teenagers and give meaningful suggestions.Family environment,as the first environment of children's contact,has a very important impact on their development.Therefore,this paper takes family social capital as the starting point to explore its impact on interpersonal communication of teenagers.Based on the review of the relevant literature on interpersonal communication of adolescents,the study explores the internal mechanism of the impact of family social capital on interpersonal adaptation of adolescents and gives reasonable assumptions.In the process of data collection,questionnaire was used,including interpersonal diagnosis scale ? family social capital measurement and basic information.In the process of the research,firstly,exploratory factor analysis is carried out on the primary variables of various dimensions in interpersonal communication and family social capital,and the relevant adjustment of variables is carried out according to the results.After adjusting the relevant variables,this paper measures the ability and comprehensive ability value of the five dimensions of teenagers' interpersonal communication:active communication,appropriate rejection,self disclosure,conflict management and emotional support,so as to give a general explanation of the current situation of teenagers' interpersonal communication.In this process,in order to make the results more objective,the entropy weight method is used to calculate the objective weight of each dimension,and then calculate the comprehensive value.After that,the paper makes a demographic difference analysis and a brief introduction of the individual's interpersonal ability value.Finally,the paper uses confirmatory factor analysis to test the interpersonal relationship and the social capital model within the family,and uses structural equation model and multiple linear regression model to study the internal influence mechanism of the social capital within the family and the social capital outside the family on theinterpersonal relationship of the youth System.Through the analysis of the collected data,the main conclusions of adolescent interpersonal communication are as follows:(1)the overall situation of adolescent interpersonal communication is in the upper middle level;there is no difference in the overall situation of interpersonal communication between male and female students,and the comprehensive value of interpersonal communication ability of senior and older students is significantly higher than that of junior and younger students,but the senior is in the level of active communication It is weaker than that of the lower grade students,and the ability of the non only child in multiple dimensions is better than that of the only child.(2)A good way of education has a positive effect on the interpersonal communication of teenagers.(3)Parents' more physical and mental involvement in children is conducive to the transfer of emotional warmth.(4)The relationship between parents will affect the performance of teenagers in interpersonal communication.(5)Abundant social capital outside the family has a positive impact on the interpersonal communication of teenagers.On the basis of the above research,some suggestions are put forward to improve the interpersonal adaptation of teenagers:teenagers should establish correct interpersonal awareness,which is the fundamental to alleviate the interpersonal barriers of teenagers;to improve the quality of social capital in the family,parents should try to give their children a healthy and warm family environment to lay the foundation for their healthy development;to enrich the capital outside the family Elements,so that young people can enjoy more social resources,access to more new things,so as to provide more learning and exercise opportunities for young people.
