| The emergence and development of social media have overturned the social communication methods of the disabled groups in the past,and also narrowed the groups that should be connected equally.It helps the disabled people to communicate equally and have the opportunity to obtain symmetrical information,which has made up for the digital divide of the disabled to a certain extent.In the information society,it is of great significance to study the influencing factors of social communication of the disabled in the era of social media.To a certain extent,they can promote the barrier free construction of social media and the real improvement of the quality of life.In order to help the disabled group better carry out social communication in the digital flood,based on the grounded theory and the research method of combining qualitative and quantitative,this paper constructs the theoretical model of the influencing factors of this group’s social communication from the perspective of social media,modifies the model through the structural equation model,and finally explains and discusses the influencing factors from all aspects and angles based on the model.The results show that the influencing factors of social communication of disabled people in social media can be analyzed from three dimensions: user level,social media level and environment level,including users’ evaluation of themselves before using social media,expectation of communication behavior,self-awareness,differentiation,authenticity and interest of information in social media Users’ trust in social media and emotional satisfaction obtained through social media are eight factors.On this basis,this paper summarizes the relevant enlightenment from the three dimensions of macro level,meso level and micro level.From the macro level,the government should promote the construction of information accessibility,and the society should implement various assistance measures to create a "barrier free" environment;From the meso level,social media platforms should strengthen innovation,and regulatory authorities should formulate an audit mechanism to standardize the platform environment;From the micro level,the disabled groups should improve their media literacy and make rational use of social media. |
