With the rapid development of Internet and the rapid popularization of computer technology,the group of Internet / IT industry practitioners has attracted much social attention.With the development of "Internet +" new network business,the demand for talents in the Internet/IT industry is relatively strong.In the past five years,the proportion of college graduates who choose relevant positions in the Internet industry is on the rise.Satisfaction and monthly income are both high,and the quality of employment is rising steadily.As there are many jobs,high technical requirements,rich learning resources,large pay differences in the Internet industry,and most of them are concentrated in first-tier and strong second-tier cities,Therefore,it is necessary to explore the impact of social capital on the employment quality of college graduates engaged in the Internet / IT industry in recent years,so as to provide guidance for graduates in the industry to seek high-quality jobs.From the perspective of social capital,focusing on the group of college graduates engaged in the Internet / IT industry,this paper discusses the impact of social capital on the quality of employment,and explores the factors that affect the quality of employment of this group,as well as the impact of families,schools and individuals on the choice of employment.Referring to the existing literature,the paper designs the questionnaire and puts forward reasonable assumptions,so as to build a model of social capital and employment quality.Through factor analysis,four factors of social capital are established,which are personal social relationship network,personal network scale,personal network quality,personal network intensity,and employment quality: salary and welfare,job stability,company environment and structure,personal development.Through factor analysis,significant difference analysis,structural equation analysis and other data analysis methods to understand some basic laws of social capital and employment quality,and finally the structural equation model path analysis.Research shows that in the social capital of IT industry practitioners,personal social network,personal network scale and personal network intensity have significant positive impact on their employment quality,but the network quality has no significant positive impact on job stability.In general,social capital will have a great impact on the employment quality of college graduates engaged in the Internet / IT industry.In theory,this paper constructs the employment quality model of college graduates engaged in the Internet / IT industry,discusses the influencing factors of social capital.And in practice,it can provide excellent suggestions for college graduates in this industry to choose a good place for employment.
