Classical Chinese is an important part of Chinese culture,which records the institutionalized principles of people’s life and etiquette in ancient China and the valuable wealth of scholars’ spiritual level.The Chinese curriculum standard also points out that the teaching of classical Chinese should pay attention to improving the students’ comprehensive quality.But there are still problems in the teaching of classical Chinese in junior high school,such as low interest in learning,low efficiency,single teaching method and utilitarian teaching.The theory of change is practical and it is feasible and meaningful to apply it to classical Chinese teaching.Based on this,this study will analyze the theoretical adaptability and practical application of this theory in the teaching of classical Chinese in junior high school.To some extent,we should improve the current situation of the teaching of Chinese in junior middle school and improve the efficiency of the teaching.This paper will study from the following five parts:The first part: respectively elaborates the origin,core concept,research status,research methods and significance of the research.The second part: expound the connotation of the theory of change.The paper summarizes the learning concept of the theory of change,which is to focus on the learning content,focus on the key features and design effective change;The paper expounds the three learning functions of the theory of change,namely,contrast,generalization and integration;Finally,it presents the basic form of the theory of change,namely,the change of students,teachers and teaching.The third part: analyze the feasibility of the introduction of the theory of change into the teaching of classical Chinese in junior high school.Interview with the first-line teachers,find that the theory of change has an empirical basis in the teaching of classical Chinese in junior high school,and then try to explore the internal consistency between the theory of change and the teaching of classical Chinese in junior high school.Finally,the paper discusses the significance value of the theory of change applied to the teaching of classical Chinese in junior high school,which includes three aspects: promoting students’ effective learning,optimizing the teaching design of classical Chinese,deepening the theoretical knowledge of teachers and improving teachers’ professional quality.The fourth part: To explore the strategy of applying the theory of change to the teaching of classical Chinese in junior high school.By using the method of case study,this paper explores the implementation strategies of comparison,generalization and integration from the three aspects of classical Chinese,literature and culture.The fifth part: design the teaching example of classical Chinese in junior high school based on the theory of change.This paper attempts to Take Yueyang building as an example to design the teaching at the practical operation level.First,it uses the theory of change to prepare for teaching and determines the learning content and key characteristics;Then,the paper adopts three learning functions of the theory of change to design teaching,which mainly includes three aspects of learning activities: Mastering classical Chinese knowledge,mastering literature and art,and experiencing cultural connotation.Finally,the conclusion part summarizes the contents of this study,and introspects the shortcomings of the study,and makes a prospect for further research in the future.
