| Teachers’ professional growth refers to the process of teachers’ knowledge structure expanding,professional skills becoming more proficient,knowledge level improving and professional affection developing.The main function of high school ideological and political teachers lies not only in imparting knowledge,but also in educating people.Therefore,the high school ideological and political teachers "moral education first" education concept determines its professional development has certain particularity.Especially for the study of high school ideological and political teachers’ professional growth,its importance is reflected in: for teachers,it is an important way to improve the quality of teachers,for students,it can get better comprehensive development,for curriculum reform,it can better implement the core cultivation of students.Based on the case study of Zhang Anyi,a famous teacher selected in the national "ten thousand talents plan",this paper analyzes the following stages of his professional development:ordinary teacher stage,backbone teacher stage,excellent teacher stage,excellent teaching teacher stage and so on.Based on the case study of Zhang Anyi’s professional development,not limited to the case study,and on the basis of consulting a large number of relevant literature and materials,this paper summarizes the enlightenment brought to us by the process of high school ideological and political teachers’ professional development,which can be summarized as: planning teachers’ career in self-awareness;improving professional theory level in lifelong learning;improving teachers’ professional quality in teaching practice Education ability;promoting teachers’ common growth in learning community.The Enlightenment of high school ideological and political teachers’ professional development can provide positive reference for teachers who are about to enter or have entered the profession. |
