| The construction of the famous teachers in the new era is an important measure for the reform of the teaching staff.The development of the teaching style is an important foundation for the teachers of the ideological and political discipline to become "famous teachers." This paper takes Luoyang Middle School’s ideological and political disciplines as a research object,and studies the common matrices,types and cultivation paths of the teachers’ ideological and political disciplines’ teaching styles through investigation and research,and suggestions on the training of famous teachers in the school and education departments.The full text is divided into four chapters.First of all,in the introduction part of the first chapter,according to the background of the era,the significance of the cultivation of the teaching style of ideological and political subjects is expounded.Secondly,it expounds the essence of teaching style,sums up the common matrix of the teaching style of middle school ideological and political teachers,and conducts a typical case analysis.The classroom recordings of famous teachers show five different styles of famous teacher teaching style.Thirdly,it is concluded that the teaching style of high school ideological and political subjects requires teachers to learn attention to teaching practice;diligently think and reflect;give full play to the teacher’s subjectivity;building love with heart of love;pursue individualized teaching style;follow the teaching style to develop rules;break through and innovate;independently and lifelong learning and so on.Develop a path.Finally,it is proposed that schools should create an open,democratic and free sharing platform for teachers.Relevant departments of education should build platforms,give full play to the demonstration effectiveness of famous teachers,and provide demonstration and reference for more teachers to develop teaching styles.Teachers,schools and education departments work together to give play to the value of ideological and political disciplines and better promote the development of high-quality professional and innovative teachers in the ideological and political discipline. |
