High school ideological and political courses are important ways and means for high school students to lay the foundation of their ideological and political work.High school ideological and political teachers are the main force for promoting the implementation of the party's line,principles and policies.Studying the professional well-being of high school ideological and political teachers has a significant effect on improving the effectiveness of high school ideological and political courses,and plays an important role in improving the professional well-being of high school ideological and political teachers.“The professional happiness of teachers is the continuous happiness experience that teachers need to be satisfied in their education,free to realize their professional ideals,exert their potential and grow with strength.”The survey data shows that the overall happiness of the teachers in the high school ideological and political class has been greatly improved,but it still needs improvement.The older the high school ideological and political class teachers will have higher professional happiness,and the high school ideological and political class will be taught.Teachers have higher professional happiness,and high-level ideological and political teachers with higher professional titles have higher professional happiness.In the academic qualifications,the higher the academic qualifications,the lower the professional happiness of high school ideological and political teachers,the higher the professional happiness.Low undergraduate,undergraduate,master's and above;in terms of remuneration,the higher the salary,the higher the professional happiness of high school ideological and political teachers.The reason is mainly due to the poor management and evaluation mechanism of teachers in the school,the lack of sufficient attention to the teachers of high school ideological and political courses,the low recognition of high school ideological and political teachers,and the limitations of high school ideological and political teaching.Sexuality,high school ideological and political course materials are constantly changing.The teacher's own happiness is weak,the ability to deal with interpersonal relationships is insufficient,the career planning is not clear enough,and the quality of education and teaching is not solid enough.In the society,the high school ideological and political class teachers have lower social status,lower wages,and higher expectations of high school ideological and political teachers.This leads to a lack of professional happiness for high school ideological and political teachers.Starting from reality,the specific countermeasures and practices for improving the professional well-being of high school ideological and political teachers are how to effectively improve the professional well-being of high school ideological and political teachers.In terms of teachers themselves,we should enhance our own happiness,reasonably handle interpersonal relationships,clarify career planning,and rationally grasp teaching materials.As a school,we should rationally arrange the teaching and teaching tasks of ideological and political teachers and improve the management system.Strengthen the emphasis on high school ideological and political courses,strengthen the emphasis on high school ideological and political courses teachers,improve the teacher evaluation mechanism,and provide growth opportunities for high school ideological and political teachers.As a public,we should establish reasonable expectations for high school ideological and political teachers,attach importance to the important role of high school ideological and political teachers in society,and improve the wages and salaries of high school ideological and political teachers,and promote fair and balanced education.
