| Parent-child communication refers to the communication between parents and children in daily life.Good parent-child communication in adolescent families can not only play a positive role in promoting the healthy growth of teenagers physically and mentally,but also contribute to the formation of harmonious family relations.On the contrary,in the family relationship,if the parent-child communication status is tense,it will not only have a negative impact on the physical and mental health development of teenagers,but also cause the formation of tense family atmosphere.Therefore,the benign communication between parents and children is particularly important.We are exposed to a variety of good and bad information every day.As adults,we can filter the bad information according to our cognition and select the good information suitable for us.However,because adolescents have not formed their own independent judgment,the level of cognitive development is not perfect.Faced with a variety of information bombing,teenagers are easy to be a variety of information "brainwashing".At this time,if parents do not give reasonable guidance to their children,the lack of communication between parents and children will lead to the growing distance between parents and children.Furthermore,teenagers receive "network information education" instead of "parents education".Therefore,in the face of the tense parent-child communication in adolescent families,it is of far-reaching practical significance to intervene through group work methods so as to improve the parent-child communication in adolescent families.Based on teenagers as the research object,this paper through literature method,participatory observation,in-depth interview method,social work,such as research methods,combining the theory of communication and group dynamics theory,on the basis of investigating the present situation of parent-child communication,further analysis of the problems existing in the parent-child communication,analyses the importance of team work in,and through the form of group activities to improve adolescent parent-child communication status of the family.After the end of the group,the author evaluated through the methods of pre-and post-test comparison and in-depth interview,and the results showed that the group working method can effectively improve the parent-child communication status of adolescent families.The team members mastered the communication skills,and the intimacy between parents and children was improved.At the same time,and the leadership and coordination of social workers were unanimously recognized by the group members,and the goals of the group were basically achieved.Finally,the author summarized and reflected on the process of intervention in group work.While summarizing the experience of intervention in group work,the author put forward some reflections on how to better apply the intervention method in group work. |
