Research On The Operation Practice And Optimization Strategies Of Social Work Stations In Towns And Streets In Qingda

Township Social work Station(hereinafter referred to as Township social work Station)is the main carrier of grassroots social work service activities in our country.The development of its service activities can further enhance the ability of civil administration service,improve the guarantee level of difficult groups and grassroots social governance level,promote the high quality development of social work talent team and social work.To promote the construction of town and street social work stations has become the choice of The Times to strengthen the grass-roots civil service ability and the construction of social work talent team.The active development and operation of social work stations in towns and streets has also become a major measure to promote the shift of the focus of social governance and the modernization of the grass-roots governance system and governance capacity.Based on the Ecological systems theory and the theory of collaborative governance,this paper analyzes the specific practices of the operation of social work stations in towns and streets of Qingdao based on the actual research by using the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview.Firstly,from three aspects: strengthening top-level design,improving multi-party guarantees,and implementing and promoting work,analyze the policy background of the development of social work stations in towns and streets of Qingdao,and study the typical practices adopted by Qingdao in supporting and ensuring service projects of social work stations.Subsequently,based on the results of the questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview records,an in-depth analysis was conducted on the operational practices of Qingdao Town Street Social Work Station from six aspects: site construction,personnel allocation,service execution,talent cultivation,supervision and evaluation,and collaborative operation.The development characteristics of Qingdao Town Street Social Work Station were summarized.Once again,based on the research results,analyze the operational difficulties and causes of Qingdao Town Street Social Work Station,including policy and institutional difficulties,financial resource difficulties,station talent difficulties,professional development difficulties,institutional cognitive difficulties,and social cognitive difficulties,and conduct in-depth analysis of the reasons for the difficulties.Finally,based on the Ecological systems theory and the theory of collaborative governance,from the macro level——improving the support system of social work stations,and from the meso level——creating a good development environment for social work stations and the micro level——promoting the internal improvement of social work stations,we propose several optimization measures for the operation and development of social work stations in towns and streets of Qingdao,and help social work stations develop in a sustainable and healthy way.At the same time,we hope to contribute Qingdao wisdom and Qingdao plans to the construction and optimization of social work stations in towns and streets across the country,Contribute Qingdao’s efforts to the high-quality development of social work.
