In recent years,many scholars and front-line teachers have made drastic reforms to traditional classroom management and proposed cooperative group classroom management.However,such reforms are mostly limited to offline mode.The surprise attack of the pandemic has forced schools to organize online teaching.Therefore how conducting efficient classroom management online has become a new problem for schools.To solve this problem,this paper focuses on group cooperative management in online teaching,aiming to explore efficient online class group management mode,to better integrate online class groups with online teaching,and improve online class management methods to cope with the needs of special times and future information development.First of all,through the practice of online teaching group cooperative management in S primary school in Qingdao west coast new district,the paper studies and explores feasible practical schemes,including: clearing class rules and regulations and scientific division of groups;determining intra-group norms and resolving conflicts;improving the feedback evaluation mechanism,and promoting reflection and so on.Secondly,this study adopts questionnaire survey,interview method,case analysis method and empirical research method to investigate and study 240 students,300 parents and 4 homeroom teachers from S Primary School,and analyzes the survey data to further understand the effect of online class group cooperation management in S primary school.It is found that in the practice of group cooperative management of online teaching classes,obvious teaching effects have been achieved: the inefficiency of online class management has been solved;improving students’ learning effect and cooperation consciousness;promoting the development of students’ autonomous learning and management ability;reducing the teacher’s work pressure to manage the class;giving full play to the advantage of parental group participation and assistance.The case practice also presents some problems: the ability of group leader affects the operation of group management;there are vicious competition and utilitarian tendency among students;online team management is influenced by technology platforms.Based on the results of case investigation analysis,this study extracted five key common factors affecting the group cooperation management of online teaching classes in S primary school: the scientific grouping of online teaching classes,the standardization of online class group management system,the evaluation of online class group cooperation management,the cohesion of online teaching class teacher team,and the external support of online teachers-school interconnection.According to these five key factors,the paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the group cooperation management of online teaching classes in primary schools: Firstly,scientific grouping to stimulate students’ positivity;Secondly,standardize the system and give play to the leader’s leadership;Thirdly,enrich the dimension,reflect the evaluation diversification;Fourthly,improve the quality,give play to the cohesion of teachers;Fifthly,home-school interconnection,increase management external support.
