In this paper,based on the research team cooperation and class management,the two models are combined to form a new management mode,namely,group cooperative class management mode.This new class management model is in contrast to the traditional management model of class teacher-led management.This paper focuses on the study of the impact of the new class management model on students and classes from both theoretical and practical aspects,summarizes some experiences and Applied to practical problems,to improve the level of class management provides a certain theoretical guidance.This paper studies the two classes of the author's school,and uses the questionnaire survey and the interview method to study the current situation of the group cooperative class management,which focuses on the new management mode,the students' interest in learning,self-management,Self-reflection and other capabilities have improved compared with the past.In the course of the investigation,the author finds that there are some problems in the process of the cooperative management of the group,such as the timeliness of the group cooperative class management is not the traditional management mode,and there are vicious competition among the groups.In addition,From the rotation system point of view,the degree of refinement is not enough,resulting in management loopholes;coupled with the evaluation system is not sound enough,some students do not want to cooperate with the management of the team leader.And some parents worry that this management model will affeect the leader of the results.The research of this paper is based on the above analysis,summarizes the effect of the group cooperative model management mode,and puts forward the suggestions for solving the above problems.First,it is helpful to improve the students 'interest in learning and promote common progress.Second,it is helpful to cultivate students' self-management ability and improve the students 'comprehensive quality.The first is to improve the students' comprehensive quality.Third,is conducive to the formation of harmony within the class,the atmosphere of unity;Fourth,is conducive to students to establish their own class responsibility,and thus improve the level of operation of the class.
