In the traditional class management, roles and statusdecide the different power that teachers and students have in the management, besides, different teachers’ ideas, objectives and methods in management are quite different.Because of the status advantage, it is a widespread phenomenon that the teachersuse the right to make students surrendered and command the students at ease. Drivenby the goal of education and teaching, teachers often unreasonably chase classachievements, honors maximization, so teachers may increase the punishment, andexcessively interfere in the behavior of students, in this process, it is often easy tocause the contradiction and conflict between teachers and students, which furtheraffects the class work. The teachers who rely on the authority and the severity andneglect the cooperation in class management, mostly failed in class management. The deviation of class management, calls us to bring the team work into the classmanagement. Applying the group cooperation can not only provide preciousexperience for the forms of the class management, but accord with the latestcurriculum reform for the middle school students, which, conversely promotes theteacher’s cooperative consciousness. The future development trend of classmanagement has proved that the correctness of the adoption of team work in classmanagement. From the aspect of lack of cooperation.
