It is increasingly clear that education in schools, in addition to teaching in the subject area should continue to promote reforms, Which still need to develop new educational space, to train a new generation who can adapt to and leading the development of modern society. Therefore, concerned about new education space in the class education, is a path worth exploring. For China's basic education, class is the most important areas for students' growth and life, class management can better undertake the important task of nurturing people adapt to the new era, to realize the comprehensive value of class management.In this perspective, we focus on group co-management. Theoretical analysis on cooperative learning and practice in our country began in the late 80s of 20th century, achieved great results, but mainly limited to academic instruction. We are inspired by the Group Learning and studied The principle of cooperation.Based on the principle of cooperation., we believe that:The group co-operation should have a broader education space to be discover and develop. We will use group work to class management, to enable students to participate in class management actively and effectively, and to fully realize the educational value of the class management.Our group work comply with the principles of group homogeneity in a group and heterogeneity among all groups, Students as a group involved in class life. The main purpose is to provide a more open living space for each student to live in class, which is their own room to grow. At the same time, it is also expected to freed the teachers from trivial, and play a leading role in students'Spiritual life.We expand the functions of cooperative groups and apply the co-management in Class management process. We try to analyze how class group can play a role in planning, organization, implementation, feedback and improvement of class management and try to find out strategies for class management.
