| Class is the basic unit to promote the education and training of school students.Class independent management plays an important role in the construction of class culture and good atmosphere,and directly affects the growth and development of students.Junior middle school students are in the youth development and rapid growth stage,physical and mental development is not mature,the parents and teachers are highly dependent on their behavior habits,life attitude,ability,values and other deeply affected by the school class atmosphere.Due to the special educational environment and the complex source of students,there are still many problems in class management in suburban junior high school,which restrict the effectiveness of education.Class self-management is an effective way to manage classes scientifically and efficiently,to improve students’ self-management consciousness and ability,to promote students’ all-round development,and to solve the educational problems of middle schools in suburban areas.Therefore,strengthening the attention to the suburban middle school class independent management,give full play to the students in the class management autonomy and subjectivity,to improve the middle school class education effect has a positive role.This study in class autonomous management,on the basis of related theory combing with Zhong Kai middle school in Huizhou as the research object,through the methods of interview and questionnaire survey,the junior middle school class autonomous management from the students’ class autonomous management awareness,satisfaction,participation motivation,cognitive,and from the teacher in charge of class autonomous management idea,method,system,environment and the effect such as investigation,Found students’ management consciousness and ability is weak,low satisfaction of class autonomous management,participate in class autonomous management enthusiasm is not high,the lack of cognition of class autonomous management,independent management concept to understand the teacher in charge of the class is not enough,the lack of democratic class autonomous management method,class autonomous management system is imperfect,class autonomous management atmosphere is not strong and so on,It is proposed to cultivate students’ independent management consciousness,tap the potential of students’ class independent management,and construct a learning class collective.Countermeasures and suggestions,such as creating multiple self-management carriers,enhancing students’ recognition of the value of class self-management subjects and set up the "student-centered" concept of class self-management,creating democratic and autonomous class self-management methods,establishing systematic and perfect related system of class self-management,and creating management environment of home-school cooperation and co-education,etc.It provides material for effectively solving the outstanding problems existing in the process of class self-management in the middle school of the suburban area of our country. |
