| At present,the new curriculum reform is in full swing all over the country,which is both an opportunity and a challenge for the vast number of educators.The new curriculum reform involves a wider range.It not only emphasizes the great improvement of teaching quality,but also emphasizes the training of all aspects of students’ quality,so as to achieve all-round improvement and development of students.The main place for the implementation of the new curriculum is primary and secondary schools,and classes occupy an important position in primary and secondary schools.Class plays an important role in the completion of school teaching tasks and educational tasks.Class management occupies a very important position in the large system of school management.Successful class management plays a decisive role in school management,and even determines the quality of a school to a certain extent.And this effect is particularly prominent in the urban-rural fringe schools,which is most obvious in the urban-rural fringe high school.China’s current education goal is to achieve the all-round development of people,and high school stage is the key period for students to improve their abilities,so it is natural to require class teachers to constantly refine their own ideas of education and management in class management.At the same time,we need to pay more attention to strengthening the quality education for students.From these aspects,it can be seen that for those high school head teachers who are located in the urban-rural fringe,it is undoubtedly a difficult and challenging task to deal with a series of management problems encountered in class management.The object of this thesis is the head teacher and some students and parents of S middle school in PI Du District,Chengdu.This paper adopts the method of questionnaire and interview to investigate the class management practice of class teachers of S Middle School in Pi Du District of Chengdu.Through research and reflection on the results of this questionnaire survey and the collation and analysis of interview records,we find that there are several major problems in the class management of class teachers in S Middle School of Pi Du District,Chengdu : the class managers are more autocratic and lack of democracy;the tendency of intellectual education is serious,neglecting the cultivation of students’ other abilities;in the practice of class management,students are required to have different classmates according to a unified standard,ignoring their different characteristics;to the mental health problems that students encounter,it is almost a state of ignorance,and naturally it is impossible to give correct guidance to students’ mental health education in their life and study;not clear about the specific situation of students’ use of the network and lack of correct guidance for students to use the internet;despise communication with parents,ignore the role of parents in the education of students and lack cooperation with parents.After analyzing and summarizing the relevant problems and reasons,this paper explores a series of methods and suggestions to help improve the effectiveness of class management of head teachers: to implement the democratic management of the class,and to enable students to actively participate in the independent management of the class;take students as the center,and pay attention to students’ individual differences;weaken scores,and promote students’ all-round development;strengthen students’ mental health education and focus on students’ physical and mental development;guide students to make proper use of network resources;strengthen family and school cooperation. |
