According to the requirements of the new curriculum reform,the class management should also meet the requirements of the development of the times,according to the requirements of different stages to carry out relevant work.The class is the basic unit of the school education and teaching,and the basic form of the students’ learning in the school.As an important part of school management,class management is directly related to the development of the school and the future of the students.Suburban schools,which due to the regional environment and the specific source,resulting in class management work more difficult and complicated;and with the change of times,the psychological development of students present new rules;all that makes Chengjiao class management become more challenging.However,there are few researches on class management in suburb,so it is meaningful and valuable to summarize and summarize the management experience and rules in suburb and township.In this paper,questionnaires,case studies and literature research methods are adopted.X middle school in Dongsheng district is the main research object.Through questionnaires and interviews with teachers,we find that there are major problems in class management of X middle school.That is,the confusion of class management,the imperfect management of class system,the lack of democracy in class management,the lack of parental involvement in class management,and the unscientific assessment of class management in schools.Through the analysis,we find the reasons for the problems in the class management of X middle school,including the reasons for school,the reasons for class teachers and teachers,family reasons and their own characteristics.Finally,the countermeasures to improve class management level in X middle school are put forward,including the school set up a perfect class management system,and coordinated and guided class management,the self quality of the teacher in charge of class and their teachers,students’ consciousness of independence and encourage parents to actively participate in class management.
