Study On Knowledge Management Of Headmaster Trainings

Knowledge management is the product of social and economic development, is the most important strategy for the challenge of new age, and is the need of scientific management of special resources. It represents a series of new management methods and thoughts, which has gotten the high attention of academic and corporate in the world. As a complex of the production, transmission, application and innovation of knowledge, the headmaster trainings bear the responsibilities of improving headmasters'quality, knowledge level and management ability as well as perfecting their knowledge structure. Therefore, enhancing the management of knowledge resources to improve its overall competitiveness stays the important content of headmaster the trainings. In recent years, there are a lot of studies about educational knowledge management, but the headmaster trainings'knowledge management is rare. As a result, the author analyzes the reasons and problems of headmasters'training and gives the corresponding strategies on the basis of surveying the current situation of headmaster trainings'knowledge management, followed by a lot of readings and interviews. I believe that a correct understanding of the plight of headmaster trainings'knowledge management can offer some references for how to carry out knowledge management to improve headmaster training efficiency.
