Under the background of moral education and the guidance of the Party’s educational policy in the new era,the status of ideological and political education is gradually promoted.The state has carried out a new round of high school geography curriculum reform.The Curriculum Standards for Common High School Geography(2017 edition,2020 revision)clearly put forward the cultivation of students’ core geography literacy,and integrating ideological and political education content into high school geography curriculum is conducive to the cultivation of students’ core geography literacy.This paper uses the literature research method to analyze,conclude and summarize the relevant materials of the integration of high school geography curriculum into the content of ideological and political education,and summarizes the research status at home and abroad and the content of high school geography ideological and political education.This paper defines the connotation of ideological and political education content,explores the ideological and political education content contained in high school geography curriculum,and investigates the current situation of high school geography teachers integrating ideological and political education content into high school geography curriculum through questionnaire survey and teacher interview.On this basis,this paper puts forward the principles and strategies of integrating ideological and political education content into high school geography curriculum.Finally,using the case analysis method and combining with the study on the integration of ideological and political education content into the high school geography curriculum,this paper selects the typical content of the high school geography textbook of the human education edition as a case to design the case of integrating ideological and political education content into the high school geography curriculum,providing reference for front-line teachers to integrate the ideological and political education content into the high school geography curriculum.The innovation points of this paper mainly have two aspects: first,ideological and political education content into the subject curriculum is a hot issue,high school geography curriculum into the ideological and political education content is worth our exploration.Second,through questionnaire survey and teacher interview,this paper explores the problems existing in the integration of high school geography curriculum into the content of ideological and political education,and puts forward corresponding integration strategies: First,deeply explore the ideological and political education content contained in high school geography textbooks.Second,strengthen the study of ideological and political education theory knowledge of high school geography teachers and improve their educational ability.Third,introduce facts of ideological and political education into high school geography courses.Fourth,enrich the teaching methods of high school geography to cultivate students’ ideological and political education.Combining with specific integration strategies,two sections are selected to design the content of ideological and political education.Through case analysis,it can provide teaching design cases for front-line high school geography teachers’ teaching,which has reference significance for front-line teachers and is conducive to the further development of high school geography curriculum integrated into ideological and political education content.
