The construction of the countryside under the rule of law is significant in promoting the process of rural revitalization,and plays a significant role in updating the governance system and enhancing the governance capacity of China’s modern construction.According to the data released by the Ministry of Justice,the country receives more than 500,000 new community correction subjects every year.In community correction practice,community correction work in rural areas has more significant socialization difficulties compared with urban communities.On the one hand,social relations in rural areas mainly rely on kinship relations,social concepts are backward,employment and life are narrower,the cost of being punished for crimes is lower compared to urban employed people,and the masses lack conviction in the concept of rule of law.On the other hand,the lack of resources for community corrections in rural areas,lack of professional knowledge and skills of personnel,large regional and cultural differences,and inconvenient transportation make it difficult to achieve effective education,management,and services for community corrections subjects.The study takes the construction of the rule of law village as the background,starts from the real dilemma of community correction in rural areas,integrates theories such as social-ecological system theory and social support theory,starts from the current situation of community correction work in J street,analyzes the basic situation of the case owners,adopts the professional intervention method of social work,specifies the intervention goals of improving the concept of rule of law,improving family atmosphere and providing employment opportunities,formulates the intervention plan,and gradually establishes "The study explores the path of social work participation in rural community corrections in the context of the construction of rule of law villages.The study uses a professional approach of social work to study the social integration and education and rehabilitation of rural community correctional subjects in J Street.On the one hand,it attaches importance to the personal development of rural community correctional subjects and promotes the normal social function of their families,and on the other hand,it maintains the local social harmony and stability in J Street.Through the construction of rural rule of law culture atmosphere,psychological and behavioral intervention of community correctional subjects,promoting the social integration of community correctional subjects among community residents,creating a rule of law rural construction atmosphere,solving potential social conflicts and hidden dangers at the grassroots level in a timely manner,and creating a stable and orderly environment for local economic and social development.At the end of the intervention,a combination of qualitative and quantitative assessment and analysis methods were used to compare whether the community correction subjects had significantly improved in terms of rule of law ideology,interpersonal relationship improvement,life improvement,psychological correction,and comprehensive external evaluation before and after the intervention from the perspectives of self-evaluation,others’ evaluation,and baseline measurement.Adopting the research idea from macro to micro,we conduct a practical research from project model exploration to case work development,and in response to the difficulties and challenges encountered by social work participation in rural community corrections,in accordance with the relevant policies and documents of the Ministry of Justice,the authors combine their work practice and perceptive thinking to propose the optimization path of social work intervention in rural community corrections at three levels: micro,meso and macro,and improve the cooperation between judicial offices in rural areas and The author proposes an optimal path for social work intervention in rural community corrections from the micro,medium and macro levels,to improve the cooperation between the judicial office and social work forces in rural areas,and to realize the benign improvement and development of community correction system. |
