Social Work Intervention Village Changed Community Social Organizations To Hatch And Breeding Research

In the context of the rapid development of urbanization in China,the focus of governance of "village conversion to residence" communities in the transition zone between urban and rural areas has shifted from focusing on "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" to providing grassroots public services,which makes the administrative burden of grassroots communities increasingly heavier.Social organizations of "village conversion to residence" communities can combine the needs of residents with innovative forms of volunteering.Set up to provide services for the community residents,reflect the appeal,standardize the behavior of the platform.However,due to the "village changed" community social organizations lack of full-time staff,leading professional intervention force,professional methods,presents the community social organizations strength is weak,lack of participation in community governance capacity,external problems such as insufficient support of social resources.Therefore,with the help of a professional social work force incubation and cultivate "village changed" community social organizations,to guide the home village changed the community social organizations in the community public welfare charity,public service,community governance in various fields and entertainment function,is to promote community residents to participate in,to resolve community conflict,The main tasks and practical needs of the "village to live" community are to be built,governed and shared.This study is based on Y town,Zhengzhou City,Henan Province,and takes the social work station of Y Town as the media.Through participatory observation and semi-structured interview,this study studies the incubation and cultivation practice process of social work intervention in the community social organizations of "village conversion" in Y town.In writing before the preliminary investigation stage,through access to domestic and international social work intervention "village changed" community social organizations to hatch and cultivation of related literature,and to zhongmou county,zhengzhou city,erqi district,such as community social organizations of jinshui district incubation with the breeding center to carry out the research,In addition,semi-structured interviews were conducted with relevant persons in charge of the "village change to residence" community social organization work and the backbone and members of the "village change to residence" community social organization work in Y township grass-roots government,so as to preliminarily understand the cultivation and development status of the "village change to residence" community social organization in Y township,and preliminarily establish the idea of social work involvement in the incubation and cultivation of "village change to residence" community social organization.Then,the practice was carried out in Y town,Zhengzhou City,Henan Province.Based on the linkage framework of five social organizations and the theory of empowerment of social work,the practice path of social work participation in the incubation and cultivation of social organizations in "village conversion" communities was studied.This paper starts from the development status and existing problems of "village to live" community social organizations,and conducts demand assessment and feasibility analysis on the intervention of social work in the incubation and cultivation of "village to live" community social organizations.This paper discusses the objectives,program design,implementation process and difficulties of social work in the incubation and cultivation of community social organizations in the types of charity,life service,community affairs and cultural and sports activities,and finally puts forward the path for social work to intervene in the incubation and cultivation of community social organizations in the "village changing residence".The incubation and cultivation mechanism of social work intervention in community social organizations for "village change to Residence" is based on the needs of community residents,using professional work methods of social work to incubate and cultivate community social organizations for "village change to residence",and promote the development of community social organizations and community construction.Promoting the "sustainable" vigorous development and harmonious community construction of community social organizations for "village resettlement",improving the happiness and cohesion of community residents,helping vulnerable groups in difficulties,which embodies the core social work concepts of "helping others to help themselves" and "affecting life with life",and is also the core of township social work station construction.
