Study On Social Work’s Involvement In The Construction Of Village-to-Residence Community

Community creation is an important method to develop rural society,to manage rural affairs and to build rural economy.While developing community construction in many areas,ignoring social factors and community residents’ needs,set up a scientific law in rural community construction and specific characteristics of rural actual development are ignored,which leads to the lack of social work involvement in the process of community building and development.On the one hand,the degree of social work involvement is low,rather,it’s mostly passive participation.An effective incentive mechanism can not be formed,which greatly restricts the harmonious development of community construction and rural society.Therefore,how to get involved in community construction becomes a hot topic in domestic community development academic circles.This paper uses literature research method and interview method to study the involvement of social work in the construction of X community in L city,which is divided into five parts:First,it analyzes the current situation of the construction of X community in L City,analyzes the basic situation of X community in L City,and analyzes the strategies adopted and existing problems in the construction of X community.Secondly,the project design was carried out according to the needs of X community construction in L City.Thirdly,this paper designs the construction plan and implementation strategy according to the needs of X community construction in L City.Fourth,the design and implementation of the process,a systematic description of the scheme of each process;Fifth,evaluate and reflect on the community building work of X community in L City.The research results show that through the intervention of social work,the community construction in X community of L City has achieved certain results.In the future work,firstly,the orientation of community construction should be clarified,the goals and contents of community construction should be clearly defined,and various community construction work should be standardized.Second,a linkage mechanism of community neighborhood committees,social organizations and social workers should be established to form a joint governance mechanism.Improve the level of governance;Third,give full play to multi-party cooperation in the community to meet the needs of villagers in community governance and other aspects;Fourth,it is necessary to improve the professional degree of community workers in social work,improve their service ability and quality in community governance,and promote the pace of social work intervention in rural community governance.
